The apartment was incredibly spacious. We had two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, rooms were very big and we loved the terrace. They welcomed us with a bag of fruit which was a nice detail and cleaned the apartment every day. Personnel were super helpful every time. Location was incredible for nearby beaches and we also loved the pool and jacuzzi area. It is a great option for a long stay.

The furniture and bathrooms looked to be old, but it was all super clean. Given the high prices of the other available options, this one was definitely worth it.

We stayed in Unit 16 — a modern, renovated garden-view suite — and it really exceeded our expectations. The space was large and well-designed, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, in-unit laundry, and a private lanai that overlooked beautifully maintained gardens. The location was excellent — quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the beach and close to shops and restaurants in Kihei. The laid-back vibe suited us perfectly, and we appreciated having free parking right by our unit. Reception staff were helpful throughout our stay.

There were no toiletries provided such as shampoo or conditioner, which we expected would be standard. Not a major issue, but worth knowing in advance so you can bring your own. Also, while the complex is older, our suite had clearly been updated and was in excellent condition. The air conditioning system was also quite loud at night.

Staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We especially appreciated that we were able to check in an hour early and were surprised with an upgraded partial ocean view! The front desk even called to check in on us once we were settled to make sure we were comfortable. There was a box of chocolate covered Mac nuts on the table as a gift from the property manager, which was another lovely touch. The apartment was clean, well stocked with dishes, glasses, and full sized appliances. Beds were cozy, and the high ceilings and extremely spacious veranda made us feel like we had our own little slice of heaven to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 10 out of 10 for vibes!

The furniture was on the retro side, but if you like to feel like you're staying at a cozy family home away from home, it's great. Really, the furniture is more of a personal preference, so if you insist on minimalist or modern, this may not be your style. For us, spaciousness, comfort, and the view were more important. The only regret we had was that we didn't book a longer stay.

Our unit near front of property had a nice view of mountain and ocean, with sunset view from lanai off one bedroom. Also easy to walk to edge of property for sunset, but honestly you should probably be out somewhere for that. Very spacious, convenient parking outside unit. Staff and management very attentive. Nice tennis court and large pool. Grounds were in good condition. Not quite a short walk to beach due to need to walk on main street for a bit, but plenty of good options with parking from a few hundred yards to a mile or so drive.

Furnishings and aspects of unit were dated, but that's pretty common here. We did have some ants in kitchen, which were not big problem but required care with food. One apparently long-standing maintenance issue with our kitchen that was fixed promptly when raised.

This was a very affordable accommodation given its location, the amount of space you have, and the fact that you get 2 bathrooms per unit! We had 2 units shared between 11 people, which meant we had 4 bathrooms in total. That felt very luxurious compared to some of our previous trips with the same group of people. We also liked the tennis court and rental equipment that came with it. Each room had its own AC unit, which worked very well for us.

If you guys had a fitness center, it would be the cherry on top of an already pretty good facility.

It was so spacious and comfortable. The facilities were delightful and to the detail in provision of kitchenware, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Amazing. The decor, appliances and furniture appeared to be from an older decade, but this only added to the attraction of the place. Everything was in good working order. There was one light bulb out and when we requested a replacement it was immediately replaced and with a speed that was remarkable as we arrived so late. Due to the fact we sadly had little time in the place we did not get to explore the sports and games facilities which were many. The pool looked delightful, but we were unable to use it either due to our schedule. I really wish we had booked another day in the place. The staff were very helpful and the morning coffee at reception was delicious.

Location was perfect to walk to several beaches, shopping, eateries! The condo itself had a beautiful view of the ocean, was clean, well stocked and provided inside and outside places for seating and dining. You are also able to BBQ if you choose to cook meals (fresh fish of course)! Would absolutely stay here again! The grounds were beautifully decorated for Christmas!

The only suggestion is to update furnishings. Provide a list of the items you can check out to use during your stay.

Great location - walking distance to great beach. The unit had everything you may need for family vacation - fully stuffed kitchen, beach gears - umbrellas, chairs, snorkelling gears, kids sand play toys. Management was super nice - they moved us to a different unit per our request with no issues, there was a huge fruit basket waiting for us at the arrival, and shell necklaces for all of us to wear were a really nice touch. The unit was spacious and clean, with great views. The furniture in the living room and bedrooms was update and carpet smelled new and fresh. Definitely recommend!

1. The pool. Fantastic! Perfect temperature. Good amount of shade. Nice island music playing. 2. The grounds. Spectacular! Nice array of activities (bocce, tennis/pickle ball, shuffle board. Many BBQs. 3. The rooms. Humongous! Very comfortable. Nice views from the lanais. 4. Staff. We had a mix up with our reservation, but staff were able to resolve quite nicely. Speaking of nice, they sure were friendly! 5. Location. Right across the street from the beach. A bit away from the commotion of Kihei. Easy access to roads in all direction. Across the street from the boat ramp where scuba departures occur. 6. Kitchen. Everything we needed for our stay.

Rooms/buildings are a bit outdated. If you need granite counters, this might not be the place for you. Size of the rooms easily made up for everything else.
