It was close to where we needed to go

It was dingy, the staff was a young man who didn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground. I’m disabled and requested a ground floor room. He wanted to put me by a STAIRCASE. I said I don’t do stairs so he put me opposite the property’s elevator. As in all the way across the property of the elevator. I just stared at him. When he didn’t get it I had to point out the fact that walking twice the distance wasn’t a solution either. He finally begrudgingly gave me a room next to the elevator. I find it hard to believe a hotel in a small town like Burley, Idaho was booked up as he claimed. Shower was dingy and leaking and dripped all night. Had to close the bathroom door to sleep.

I loved the friendly staff. The woman at the desk was so sweet! We came in almost at midnight and was greeted with a smile! Exhausted and ready for bed, she helped us quickly and gave great directions to our room. The room was equipped with EVERYTHING you would need! Loved it. Bed was comfy too!

Couldn’t connect to WiFi but no biggie bc we had service

We were moving our daughter from Eugene to Denver and needed a stop about halfway. Best Western are usually nice so we picked this one. The facilities were clean and the double queen room was just what we needed. We did find a rolled up sock on the floor by the lamp. We got in about 11 PM and it was still pretty active outside (Friday night) But the room was quiet, the AC worked well, and after grabbing some rolls from the buffet, we were on our way. It was a nice enough place. We would stay again.

It was fine. We were only there for about 8 hours and I don't really have anything negative to say

We’ve stayed here many many times over the last 30 years. It is always updated and clean.

When checking in. We were given a room near the lobby, across from the fitness room and 3 steps from an exterior door where staff go outside to smoke. When my sweet wife inquired at the front desk about the nature of our location, the clerk replied that they usually assign less desirable rooms to people who book through a 3rd party (booking.com). Knowing this, I will be less likely to use booking.com in the future.

The breakfast is one of the best around. Great selection of hot and cold and not just a premade omelet. Plus staff very available to help out.

There was a cleaning product odor in our room. Not chemical but not pleasant. It wasn’t enjoyable. And the tub was so tall sided that my wife had issues getting in and out.

The ample parking for large vehicles like our two UHaul trucks was very appreciated. We enjoyed the bar area with evening live music. The bar food was very good but we do wish that there had been some healthier options.

The breakfast was probably the only thing we didn't care for. The eggs and sausage had a little stale taste, the apple was mushy and old, and the juice machine was not mixing well.

I liked the breakfast. Yu had things I liked for breakfast, oatmeal, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, apple juice, and coffee. The time breakfast was available fit my schedule. The attendants were courteous and kept plenty of food available.

The breakfast was good. Easily accessible.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay and the towels were not replenished. We returned to our room in the late afternoon so we didn't want to want to call and report this at that time of the day.

I was too tired to take it all in. Until the next morning when every thing was good. In hind sight I should have booked ground floor walk in or a shower for the disabled. A stroke victim my wife was unable to bath. I shoulder the blame!!

The facility was large, with a lovely courtyard and pool that would be great for families. Our second floor room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was OK.

The onsite restaurant was not particularly good, although it was convenient.
