A pleasant property, nicely located on the Snake River. They provide convenient outdoor settings for watching boating on the lake (the Snake River is dammed) and there is access to a walking path for stroll.

The property is separated from dining locations (except for the restaurant next door). Not that convenient for exploring Burley.

It was in a quiet location.

Got lost trying to find it. Our GPS couldn’t locate the building. Modern facility but room lacks amenities such as clothes drawers, good lighting and toiletry soap and lotion dispensers are attached to the wall. Okay for a one night stay but not for longer stays. The walkway along the river in the back was littered with dog poop! Not pleasant to walk on.

We got in late & were tired from traveling. We were greeted kindly, given some water & soon were settled in our lovely room. Everything was clean & the breakfast was outstanding. All staff were courteous.

This was probably the best experience at a hotel I've had in a long, long time. Clean room, great, friendly staff, lots of choices for the complimentary breakfast, wonderful, beautiful location just off the Snake River and comfy bed with plenty of pillows :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The location is fantastic. The coffee was hot.

There wasn't much storage space for clothes.

Brand new hotel. Sparkling clean with super friendly staff.

Two washers and dryers in a huge hotel is not convenient. We were only here one night and needed to do laundry before continuing on our 3,000 mile road trip. At least upgrade to the kind that will notify you when your cycle is complete. We had to ask the front desk to contact a guest so we could do laundry because it was left unattended for a long time. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Work areas and complimentary snacks and water and the breakfast quality

In the rooms not much space and the room don’t have drawers for clothing.

The staff let my son and I use an empty conference room to play VR games in, and helped us find a place to buy snow chains for our car.
