The bed was comfortable, and the place was VERY quiet. I really appreciated the secure, keyless entry and the easy access to the Red Line. There are numerous restaurants nearby, including all you can eat sushi across the street.

The shared bathrooms were not well suited for the purposes of a hotel. The toilets were wobbly, the bathrooms were poorly lit, and neither was equipped with grab bars.

Clean confortable room. Could fit a 28 inch luggage laying down beside the bed. Good location.

The switch indicating that I wanted my room cleaned or do not disturb didn't work. There were only 2 restrooms/showers so sometimes had to wait quite long. Cleanliness, as like all shared restrooms, depends on other guests.

Room was really nice and the location was absolutely perfect! All the main attractions are near enough if you like to walk, and there's a convenient bus and train stop stone throw away. Train to O'Hare leaves 5min walk away. The manager there was also super nice when I commented about the shower which didn't have warm enough water. The issue got sorted out right away and they made sure I was well taken care of. Room itself was clean, kept voicea out pretty well and just the right size for one traveler. There's just enough space for one large luggage. It's good to keep in mind that this place is practically just for sleeping and less for hanging out. Overall I'd say this is one of the best hotels I've been to. I thought it was a bit expensive at first but after seeing the location and the quality of it it's just right price.

This isn't much of a didn't like but something I want to let people know: you need to call them to get in at first, so if you're foreigner make sure you have a phone call capability. Notice: this might be just now when we're still within pandemic and might not reflect future.

I stayed at a hotel BnB-1 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient too. I recommend it to everyone that wants to spend most of their time exploring the city and wants a safe place to rest.

The owner(?) was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very close to the grant park and 20 minute walk to the millennium park. There is a paid private parking lot right behind the hotel. You can just park in the parking lot, if there is no space you can double park, and pay the hotel and give them your key. The room is very small and bathroom is shared. It's great for solo travelers who is looking for a place to just sleep.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff did a great job accommodating my late arrival time and made the check in process easy.

I like everything about this hotel. I could see staying here again in the future
