Been all over the world and our stay here was just as good as any of the 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Came up for our granddaughter's college senior night in March. We liked the stay so we came back in May for her graduation at North Point University. Nice and friendly staff, good parking and excellent breakfast. A little disappointed that the egg omelette only comes with pork however everything else will most definitely fill you up also the rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable. The rooms feel comfy like home verses commercial. Will most definitely return if we need to visit the area again.

Cleanliness, maintenance, extremely polite, friendly and accommodating staff, layout, roominess and decor of suite, extra rollaway bed, breakfast coffee and water stations were all terrific.

The pullout couch was not comfortable. The tipping system was a bit confusing. There was a card in the room with information on how to electronically tip. When I saw the staff member cleaning other rooms on my floor, I chatted with her to let her know I left her a cash tip in the room. I learned, however that she was not the person assigned to the room even though her name was written on the card. Had I left a tip electronically, the tip may not have made it to the appropriate person.

This hotel is in a convenient location insofar as it is just off of a major highway, but not in an especially scenic area and you need to drive to restaurants, etc. That observation is not intended as criticism but rather to let readers know what to expect. The hotel is well run and the staff is friendly and efficient. We had a good sized suite at a reasonable value; the breakfasts were better than expected with a fair variety of selections available. The breakfast room was quite busy most of the time as it seems large groups stay at the hotel, but it was never overly crowded. Overall, a positive experience staying here and would recommend, especially for business travelers and those looking for a decent place to spend a night or two.

Again, not a criticism so much as a recommendation, i.e., if you know you are going to be out during certain hours it might be a good idea to coordinate with the cleaning staff to service your room during that time. (One day we came back around 4:00 pm and the room was not quite ready.)

Construction going on near the hotel but I didn’t hear any noise except from the interstate, during peak season the parking lot is filled up, a gentleman that worked there stayed on the phone as I waited to check out. Kinda expensive for three days , but only managed to stay for two.

The front desk staff was very friendly and I like that the facility is close to the city, restaurants, and the mall. The Black lady with red hair was very helpful.

The cleaning people did not speak English so it was difficult to explain what I needed done in the room. I had to use Google translate. What if someone did not have an app to help communicate? The bathtub was not cleaned to my liking, half-done.

Good standard hotel with clean rooms, comfy bed, and bathroom. The breakfast was good, although I would have liked a larger selection of cereals. I especially liked the waffle irons. Spacious carpark.

I am not a huge fan of wobbly shower curtains and taking showers in bath tubs, but so be it. I would have preferred to have tea bags instead of (or in addition to) coffee powder in the room. I did not like the mealy apples - maybe just bad luck.

Everyone was very kind and appeared to make ones stay comfortable. With all the traffic and kids I didn’t see anyone wiping tables that so unsanitary. Tables and seats should be wiped off of off and germs. Or at least have wet wipes so we can clean our own tables

Clean means a lot to me. The room was very clean. Brighter lights next to bed for reading. The breakfast offered a nice selection.

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast w/ vegan options -- cooked oatmeal and breakfast potatoes.

Computer system down when I arrived, downstairs store VERY low on unprocessed options -- nuts were shown in price list but not in stock, chocolate bar listed but not in stock. Only one vegan option as far as I could tell -- the peanut cookie Clif Bar. NO vegan options in the frozen dinners.

Breakfast was good. Everything was as advertised. Clean rooms, quiet. Nicely located. Pleasant staff. We will in fact stay here again. Thank you.

Out of your control, but the road construction since we stayed more than one night made coming and going difficult. Not your fault.

The hotel is clean, safe, comfortable, and quiet (even with construction outside). The breakfast is decent and well stocked and well staffed.

Only complaints are our refrigerator didn’t work, the water pressure in the shower is wonky and would almost completely turn off for a few moments several times each shower, and the mattress was a smidge firm.
