The location and price. The second room we had was large and quiet and the staff were pleasant and professional. The bed and pillows in our first room were fabulous (but it was near the laundry, I guess, because it was noisy.)

The parking lots are terrible. Narrow, dead ended, with posts every five feet. We scraped the paint off our bumper trying to maneuver around one. The water pressure was very low. There wasn't a shelf in the shower. Not all the rooms have lamps with extra outlets. Our first room had a remote that got two channels, our second had about five hundred. Our table had two legs in need of serious tightening by maintenance.

Location was perfect Room was super clean and spacious. I would love to stay there again but they don't have room fridge and microwave that will definitely won't let me stay there ever. if you don't require a room fridge OR microwave then it is good location with good size room. Staff at this motel will help you if you want to warm some thing like baby milk bottle etc.

Our room was very nice, spacious, and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Couch and coffee table was nice, too. Staff was nice and welcoming.

No microwave or small refrigerator. And no closet/anywhere to hang anything. Noisy neighbors and a guest, or friend of guest arrived in lot with music blasting from their car at midnight. Staff did not ask them to turn it down.

Service was great. Both the gentlemen at the desk when I checked in and the lady at the desk when I checked out were very nice. Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Despite a semi-busy area, there was no issue with noise.

The room could have been a little fresher and repaired. That was my only complaint; a very small complaint.

The place was really clean! The bed was firm but felt clean and soft. The room was quite spacious also. There is no fridge and no bathtub. Our room did have a very nice shower set up though. Also the staff was real nice and friendly!

I didn't mind this but just a heads up, if you book in advance they won't take the money out ahead of time. You pay when you get there.

Room was super clean and even though we left a mess and forgot the Do Not Disturb sign, cleaning staff came in and took care of our room without mixing all of our stuff up! 😄

There is no hair dryer and the plug ins can be finicky. So always double check if things are actually charging!

The bedsheets and covers could have been more comfortable if they were a size or so bigger. Much too short!

Clean room, smelled good.

No soap in the room, at all! Not acceptable. TV was not easy to work, had to figure out how to change inputs, then the input would not work the second day at all - needs to be much simpler to just turn the tv on, instead of troubleshooting.

The room was very clean, very quiet. The only thing that I didn't care for is I didn't have any coffee cups. And there was no refrigerator in the room. They also need a microwave

Nobody was not in the office Friday I called the other property Management group they had real bad attitude I had a reservation for tomorrow but I was asking them can I stay today but the rooms was full but after all it was okay

I love the area it was very convenient
