This hotel was a very good value for the money. The room was nice and very comfortable, no issues there. I was actually surprised at how nice the room was considering the affordability! Clean sheets, clean room, and nice toiletries offered in the bathroom. Breakfast was expansive and looked great, though I just had coffee. The hotel was fairly quiet despite being totally full. There was no problem finding parking. There are food and recreation options nearby, but you'll need a car- it's in a business park area. Nice location central to many different Chicagoland areas, and easy access to the highway.

The only things I would improve upon at this hotel both have to do with water... the water that came out of the tap in the bathroom sink smelled very vile, almost like sewage. It looked clean, but I wasn't willing to drink it. The pool and hot tub were great temps but both looked very dirty and in need of fresh water and cleaning, and probably more chlorine too. The water was almost cloudy.

Iy stay was close to Discover financials and I was able to wrap my work.

My stay was between 14 Feb - 16 Feb 2024. I am based out of Dubai and I have never witnessed such a scenario from any of my stays in North America. I stay here often when I am I Chicago. The rooms are clean, the pool is perfect, and the service is been outstanding. Mary Jo, at the front desk, is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. One time I have some problems with my reservation , Mary Jo was able to figure out my reservation and help me to accommodate and really took care of me, She was lovely, very professional . She deserves all the praise for it!!

Ambiance and location were good. Fair distance from the airport, so cleaner air and atmosphere.

A couple of the external doors were showing signs of disrepair and our rooms bathroom vent fan couldn't keep up with the steam the shower generated. A 15min shower would leave the entire room doused in a layer of perspiration that saturated every surface inside the room.

The breakfast they served had a good variety and was actually good. The location was close by my destination. The hotel was nice and clean.

The water in the shower could have been a little hotter. One day the breakfast was put up earlier than 10 am. The coffee options for creamer could be better.

The room was nice; clean; large and confortable with nice fixtures.

The location was a bit remote. There was no restaurant on the property, and none nearby. But it was safe and easy to get to.

The suite was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels in the room. Friendly staff who answered any questions. Good breakfast.

The temperature in the bedroom would fluctuate even after setting it. Sometimes the room was too hot or cold.

Room could use updating. More USB ports. Pool was very cloudy. Couldn’t see my legs. Didn’t stay in long.

The breakfast was what is usually served at hotels. It was ok. I would have liked some bacon with my eggs . The staff was friendly and rooms were very nice and clean.

Everything was fine. Would have been nice to have some literature showing or recommending places to eat as we had only a few hours before we went to our concert.

located in a great area, surrounding corporate buildings, near highway. staff were great. breakfast was good. meat options were different everyday. pool was open, many people used it. laundry units in the third floor, pretty good size. front desk has change.

had to do a little drive to find good restaurants to eat at. definitely far from stores. but looking at the location, you could see that.
