The location was AMAZING, just a short walk from Wrigley Field, the Red Line train, and many amazing pizza shops, bars and restaurants. The included parking permit made driving into the area a snap, and the customized link to their "handbook" with all, and I mean ALL, the information you needed for the stay was provided. The included breakfast was excellent, there is an outdoor courtyard (where we had our coffee one morning and interacted with a friendly cat), all in all a fantastic choice.

There really is no negative to report as part of this stay. The room was on the smaller side, but much nicer and better appointed than a hotel or motel at a similar price, and the kitchen and courtyard more than made up for that.

Loved the location, the vibe, and the access to the entire house amenities. Our room, though basic was clean and comfortable.

Because of the layout of the room, the bathroom door didn't open all the way. The door to the room, though key pad locked was not a security door, this was fine besides the amount of noise it allowed directly next to the floor access. The bed needed to have anti slip feet as it moved several inches whenever used

In the heart of Boystown, this charming house nestled between the buildings was a delightful surprise. Its beauty draws people in, prompting many to stop and take pictures. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. While you do share the bathroom, there are only three bedrooms, so you’re not sharing with many people, and it was perfectly clean. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of snacks available any time of day or night—teas, bread, peanut butter, milk, and cereals.

It is right next to a bar with a back patio. I was nervous it would be loud, but it turned out to be pretty quiet, and I slept well.

Exceptional location close to L stations, Wrigley Field, and a lot of restaurant venues. The property itself has outdoor seating with tables which made evening dinner even more special. Staff who assisted with breakfast was very friendly. The house sits back from the main road, and we didn't hear any road noise. I recommend the Moroccan room which has an outside entrance, and the room is isolated from the other bedrooms. We toured upstairs and found the staircase was really narrow (and I'm 110 lbs, 5'3" and thought it was a narrow staircase). The upstairs bedrooms were close to one another.

Instructions to the Moroccan room could have been easier by mentioning it's an outdoor entrance. The instructions with the photos made it seem as though we had to walk inside the house to get to the room. Additionally, instructions could have also mentioned an alternate entrance is to walk up the porch steps versus walking under the porch to take the stairs up to the kitchen. It's an older house (built in the late 1800's) and we were able to hear the walking/floor creaks from the bedroom above our room.

Smooth check-in, clear communication I appreciated how simple and quick everything was thanks to the detailed instructions provided for both check-in and check-out. It made the whole stay more relaxed knowing I didn’t have to guess what to do next. Everything was laid out clearly, which I really value when traveling.

No dislikes during my short overnight stay, everything went smoothly.

Hands down you, can’t beat the location! Very clean with structured rules and clear instructions for check in, out, breakfast, bag drop off and storage after check out. This place is for people who can handle something unique and out of the ordinary. Surprisingly quiet in the middle of the Boystown party scene. Everything you need is right outside your door.

Our room #7 had an uncomfortable bed .

It was close to Wrigley field. Seemed pretty quiet someone was cooking at 4:00 and alert came on woke me up and said smoke in the kitchen that scared me l went out and checked Other than that it was pretty nice.

Sharing restrooms. Wasn't real bad but sometimes you had to wait.

Wonderful location with parking. Very friendly/helpful staff. The place is clean. It's not perfect but neither are we.. ;) it's definitely worth the stay if you aren't a snob.

I had a hard time shutting the bathroom door upstairs..it's shared but I never once ran into anyone else so it was fine. Literally, everything else was fine and exceeded expectation for the price.

It’s a cozy and warm space. The other guests were nice and very helpful. There is a relaxing and comfortable energy. The location is also central and ideal.

I assumed the room I booked had 2 standard twin beds; the second bed extended from the main bed. It was a detail I overlooked an should have chosen a different room/bed style.
