The room was spacious, which is rare for a hotel in a city. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the L and directly at a bus stop. But even if you do not want to travel outside of the direct neighborhood, it is fine because you have everything you need within a few blocks! Fabulous restaurants, a fitness center included in your room price half a block away, Trader Joes, Movie Theaters, coffee shops and bars.

There is nothing that the business can do about how busy the location is, so if you are someone who needs a quieter place, you may need earplugs (provided by the hotel.)

Bathroom was out dated and tile/tub needed reglazing. Leaky faucets, a toilet paper holder that would spring release the toilet paper to the damp floor when you tried to unroll the paper. Very little room to put toiletries. Otherwise the room was great- clean, plenty of room for hanging/storing clothes. Liked the Nespresso machine in the room. Parking voucher ($25 for up to 72 hrs, no in-and-out privileges though) was a great bonus where parking spaces are at a premium.

the room was pretty cozy with basic facilities. loved the charging port. the staff at the reception was amazing, both in the evening (Chris) and the morning (dont remember his name). extremely helpful. a Trader Joe and Starbucks is right across. bus station is also very close.

the sanitary fitting in the bathing area were broken. i checked in late evening and discovered this only in the morning. IMO, this should have been checked before check-in. even though the engineering fixed it immediately but it did cause loss of time.

The location is ideal, close to train, buses, restaurants, bars and stores. The hotel has a cool style and interior design. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay.

The elevator was sometimes out of service and we had to take the stairs to the 4th floor, but I believe they were working on it. The stay would be more complete if some breakfast options were offered, but it looks like a recent renovation for a restaurant is underway, so soon there will be the option.

The location is in a great yuppie neighborhood for safety, eats, cafes, 7 11, Trader Joes, Target, sushi (2), breakfast (Yolk, Pancake House (2)). Also near the lake, 30 minutes walk to the beach, great Chicago views from lakeside, free Botanical garden and Zoo. The room was medium size, like a large bedroom. Staff is super friendly! Buses to downtown 30 minutes, Uber 10-30 depends on rush hour or not.

It was fine but fyi, as windows don't open the AC can build up cool humid air. And, bath stays steamy. Just open the door once a day for a bit. Also fyi no fridge or microwave. But really a great bargain!

What a charming hotel! The decor is quirky and fun. My room wasn't huge, but it was well-appointed with king sized bed, desk, 2 chairs, dresser, and a big closet! The bathroom was roomy, with a tub--great water pressure and hot water. Everything was impeccably clean, and I appreciated daily housekeeping service.The location is great--plenty of cafes and restaurants and shopping, and an easy walk to jazz clubs and Wriglet Field. Trader Joe's is across the street for snacks and beverages.

Having an espresso machine in the room was fun, but a regular coffee maker would have been nice.

I liked that this property cleaned my room daily.i also liked that you had to have a grey to access the elevator and stairs to gain access to rooms.and Adrian upgraded my queen room to a king suite.he was super helpful and friendly.gave me a great experience for my first time staying in Chicago.

I didn’t like that this property didn’t offer parking on site, but who does in Chicago? I also didn’t like that this property wasn’t walking distance for everything I had planned due to the cold weather while my stay.but I don’t have much negative to stay.hotel versey treated me good while my stay.

The room was great with outstanding service. The property is at a phenomenal location with high security surveillance and a great number of well known restaurants and supermarkets around. The ample supply of all the utilities and amenities was the most top tier feature for me.

The overly priced water bottles whilst the price of same product being way cheaper in market was the only thing I didn't like, otherwise, everything else was just GREAT. I just wished if the breakfast service could also be provided in this wonderful hotel.

I could not have imagined a more perfect welcome to the United States and Chicago. Everything was so close - the room had everything I wanted and it was fun and quirky. But the stand-out was the staff. All of them were so friendly and welcoming. If you needed help finding a place, they will help you. And they were great for a chat if they weren't busy. 100/10. If I have a chance to come back to Chicago - I will stay here 100%

THE DECORE THAT WAS THROUG OUT THE FACILITY. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED US WITH WHAT WE NEEDED. THE CONCIERGE CESAR WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFULL AND HELPED US CARRY OUR LUGGAGE FROM THE PARKING GARAGE TO OUR ROOM. THE HOTEL ALSO VALIDATED OUR PARKING FOR US WHICH WAS REALLY NICE AS WELL.

MY SON WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH NO POOL, BUT BEING IN DOWN TOWN CHICAGO I UNDERSTOOD AND HE SOMEWHAT DID TOO. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT IS COST TO STAY, AT LEAST 2 BOTTLES OF WATER IN THE ROOM SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTARY.
