The hotel location provides easy walking access to many performance venues, museums, train and el stations, and other interesting or vital downtown places. The room was laid out well, spacious enough, and clean. The refrigerator, tho small, was nice to have. Plenty of coffee offered in the room, as well as in the nice "office lounge" on the third floor.

The room was VERY COLD when I arrived. For some reason the thermostat was set at a very chilly 63°! The bathroom faucet handle made a very grating, squeaking noise no matter which way it was moved when turning on or off the faucet flow. It reverberated so loud that I figured it must be annoying to guests in the next room, and perhaps anyone staying in a room above, as well.

I appreciated the convenient location of Hyatt Centric, which is within walking distance to the train station, pharmacies, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions like Millennium Park and the Chicago River

Although the Corner Room advertises 24/7 access with complimentary snacks and drinks, I found that it was actually closed after midnight

Nice and clean rooms, rooftop bar was nice with amazing views of the city.

Sent a text message asking for some things to be delivered to the room, at noon. And when I got back from my concert around 10:30 it still hadn’t been delivered. The front desk was able to help at that time. Also wish that the parking was not taken out of my hold and that we had the option to put it on a different card like most every other hotel.

Very good hotel in the Center of the "Loop" in Chicago down town. Spacious room with 2 Quens sized beds perfect for the family. We got a corner room with large windows and hence a very bright room. Bus stops and rental bike stations very close in short walking distance. Booked this room based on a special offer with a discount. Would take it again for this price.

Room was offered "on the higher floors" but had only a room on floor 12 of 23.

Catching the train from O’Hare put us right at our hotel , longer ride via train but beats the uber price . Hotel staff was very friendly and was willing to help when needed . Not much in hotel area everything is 5min drive and 20min plus walk .

Booking site advertised swimming pool ; there is no pool at the location . Room refrigerator didn’t work .

The property is super convenient at every tourist attraction. Every place you might wanna be is within walking distance of cloud Gate, Michigan Avenue and other attractions the room was comfortable and clean and had a great view.

For the price not having room service or a pool and charging $83 for parking at night is extreme

Very large and comfortable room. Our concierge was friendly, fast, and very informative and professional. Not too far from the United Center.

The valet service was understaffed so this may be uncommon, but it was not at all clear where to park and no one there to meet us. Again someone had called off so it may not usually be that way. Value was also pretty pricey but everywhere in Chicago is.

The reception staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Being from northern Europe, we aren't used to air-conditioning and a technician came to our room with a ladder and turned the air-con off for us. 😊 The cleaners brought us fresh coffee and water whenever we asked. The double beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you, we'll be back next year!

Be prepared to pay for parking each night if you have vehicle. You will need to find a public parking garage that could cost up to 60+ dollars a night. Hotel does offer valet parking for 85.00$ per night.

Location. Friendly staff. Bandol. Loved the bathroom. Would stay again despite the things I didn’t like.

The fridge in my room did not work and had a weird smell like potential mold. I didn’t know the fridge was inoperable until I came back to the room with leftovers 🙃 The bed was not as comfy as I would’ve liked. Quite firm, so my back didn’t feel the best. Not terrible, but not what I’m looking for when I go on vacation. I want a fluffy bed you sink into. The price was not the best for my 2 night stay. I unknowingly booked by trip during Lalapalooza weekend, which I’m sure contributed to the price.
