The hotel was exceptional. We were traveling for our anniversary and everyone in the hotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were upgraded to a slightly larger room, which was very nice. The room was comfortable, we had room service both mornings and the food was quite good and arrived quickly. We had N/A drinks one night in the hotel bar where they had a live jazz-style band playing. I was impressed that they had 4-5 different N/A beverage options that weren't just soda or cranberry and seltzer, so that was cool. The location worked well for us, about a 20 minute walk from Millennium Park and the Michigan Ave stretch of shops and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at the LaSalle multiple times and always love my stay. The rooms are beautiful, rooms are clean and have lots of room. Also pretty quiet for the most part. And the beds are very, very cozy. Food at The Grill was really great as well

I have no complaints. I had a speculation after noticing people going in and out of rooms that my room was next door to a wedding party. I went to the concierge, and they immediately changed my room to another floor without hesitation. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was very understaffed and food took a solid hour to be at the table, but everything worked out fine.

I lived in the South Loop of Chicago for 15 years, so the Loop and Financial District are home to me. I personally love being removed from Michigan Ave and Streeterville area. It's a 9 min walk from Printers Row for which is much more local and charming. The building is stunning. The rooms are decorated beautifully and are extremely cozy! The bathroom is enormous. And this hotel is pretty quiet! Much nicer than Michigan Ave with the motorcycles at all hours of the night

Staff could use a bit of work considering this is a fairly luxury boutique hotel with high rates. They did not want to send up water at 6 am when I phoned down which I think is ridiculous

Checked in for Chicago marathon and it's perfectly located for that. On the running route and <1 mile stroll to start/ finish line. Staff were very accommodating giving us a room w a (disabled) tub bath on request. Beautifully decorated & presented new hotel and liked the yoga etc on offer

Breakfast poor and considering paid-for, complicated to figure out how it worked for B&B guests - only the basic coffee/ takeaway mini pastries were included in the deal. Wish I'd booked the attached Marriott round the corner for spa/ sauna facilities, they weren't included.

Very nice staff from manager on down. Great location. Complimentary rides to stuff within a certain area. Beds very comfortable. Shower quick with great hot water. Valet parking staff also very nice/professional.

They are a bit short staffed on maids. Only fridge in room is stocked with the stuff you never, ever use (if you're smart). No microwave on site. Need to bring your own.

Aesthetically pleasing!! Excellent staff!! Close enough to the action, but you may want to be closer. I heard an employee say it’s located in more of the business district, so evenings and weekends were calm. Wouldn’t book again, unless the deal was excellent. The lid to our ice bucket had chunks of debris(possibly vomit) was probably worst incident. We just didn’t use it.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Fantastic food, cocktails and amazing staff from start to finish. Could not have asked for more. We were treated like royalty. This hotel is absolutely spotless. Rooms were so comfortable. I cannot think of a single thing they need to improve.

I did not eat breakfast but complimentary coffee was great. It seemed to be nice to have take out continental breakfast option. Location was convenient, close from major attractions in the downtown. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Pillow cases were old, some parts were torn off. Surfaces of table, side tables could be cleaned better. The street and exterior side of the main entrance for LaSalle hotel was not clean with garbages. Street felt like a bit abandoned.

First of all wanted to say big thank you to the hotel for complimentary bottle of prosecco for my sister's birthday. I like the style the ambience and how clean it was. Also the bathrooms are beautiful. It's has a po l the necessary amenities in the bathroom and in the room.

The rooms for such a hotel should have normal cups not the paper cups. Me personally when I have a coffee it's in proper cup. We called housekeeping but never received those cups. The staff brought paper cups again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The 1920’s decor with a twist was exquisite, the scent in the hallways was infatuating, and furniture was beyond comfortable. I really dislike gloomy hotel rooms, so I was pleased with the huge windows giving a lot of natural light as well as the exceptional artificial lighting. Room was super clean and had everything one can need. Staff was attentive and nice all the way. Location was also good, lots of coffee shops nearby and you can get to the Riverwalk steps in no time straight through LaSalle St., or take W Adams St. to reach Millenium Park. I will definitely stay here again!

A little bit of hallway noise can be heard sometimes.
