Everything was great! This was our first time in Chicago, and with getting in late, we were stressed about parking. The hotel valet was extremely helpful! They were there to greet us and help us immediately! The staff were all friendly and they helped us get to where we needed to be with ease. The room was exceptionally cleaned and the view of the stadium was spectacular! My son absolutely loved it. The shower was incredible- the water is soft and the shower head was strong! The location was perfect; we could easily walk around and Uber to other locations nearby.

Well appointed, with a premium feel; great neighbourhood, proximity to public transport. Staff generally very helpful and friendly.

No a la carte breakfast option on the weekend, but the hotel made a plan for us (as Chicago marathon runners). No coffee station in the room. More junior staff need to be empowered to make decisions - in the absence of a manager to vet a request, a young lady felt it safest to disappoint us. The next morning, a more seasoned staff member simply made a good, snap judgment call on the same request. That kind of small gesture of hospitality drives word of mouth and grows your customer base.

The location is a Cubs fan's dream! The ambiance, the esthetic and design elements were fantastic. Hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Staff at Alma, the hotel's restaurant, were an absolute delight, in particular Jane. We connected with her instantly. She gave us recommendations of what to do around town and how to go get there. She went out of her way to make my husband's trip memorable, got him a cookie from Crumbl cookies delivered to our room because we'd mentioned to her that it was his birthday. The location of this hotel, being right across from Wrigley Field, is perfect! It's within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to do while in Wrigleyville. If you want to treat your Cubs fan to an ultimate experience, this is the place you want to take them to.

the convience of it being directly across the street from wrigley is huge! our concert was there, and is was 107° degrees that day, so being able to go in and out was a blessing.

I did not like the entrance to the parking garage!!! It was way to tight of a fit, almost scratched my car, they need to do something about that!!! Also didn't like that there wasn't a continental breakfast, the buffet was great, but SUPER EXPENSIVE for not very big eaters as ourselves.

free coffee, location, security, view from room was unbeatable but balcony was so narrow you had to close door to move around about 4 feet wide is all. room structure was a little weird like you had to watch tv from the bed almost. I did like the tv size and I think a dvd player would be nice although there were lots of movie options available and streaming.

restaurant wasn't what I expected but as stated in information. There was a record player and only 3 albums, maybe more were available? Some of the staff did not understand English or speak well so hard to communicate with to help out with like housekeeping. There could be more information given out when checking in about the way things work around the property.

Location perfect to catch a Cubs game and then all the neighborhood.

After night cubs game unable to get food from either on-site restaurants. We were hoping we could order from Alma’s menu to carry up to our room. We were told they were at capacity and we had to use the room service menu from our room and it is not the same options so we did not do this. Nice to see it busy but sad no extra options for those staying on site.

Beautiful, clean room. Awesome view of the stadium. Perfect location to attend a concert. Sat and people watched leading up to the concert and avoided the large crowds after the concert. Individual ice bags, Complimentary water and beautiful coffee bar was a bonus for me.

It was wonderful. The price was high for one of our nights, due to a sold out concert. Honestly, worth the price for the convenience.

Location was great, right next to wrigley and downtown.

there were homeless in the garage below and right outside the front door which did create awkward situations. Parking garage marked with the hotel should be free or validated for guests while they stay… if you can’t afford to validate it would make more sense to raise prices and include parking.

Great location! I stayed relatively in the neighborhood the whole time. The breakfast from the bagel place connected to the hotel was also pretty good and the staff was really attentive!

Nothing they could’ve changed. Maybe like an attached spa place or pool or something, but really what can staff do about that?

We attended a concert at Wrigley and the location of the hotel was insanely convenient.

While the facilities were outstanding and the location couldn't be more perfect, chances are good that our stay was a one time only. The price was WAY outside our budget. If it wasn't for the high price, we would definitely stay again.
