Location is wonderful. Close to the ball park and all the action of Wrigleyville. Decor is fun. Rooms are decent size. Only complaint is there is no staff on-site and no staff available until I believe 1pm on Sunday. Which is late if you are checking in for a 2pm game and have questions. I kept getting texts that something was wrong with my card. Turns out they didn't have my zip code but lack of ability to get a hold of anyone was frustrating.

Key situation was odd. There were literally 6 sets of keys in our box. We just tried until we found the right one. Seems like and easy fix to get rid of outdated keys when refilling the box. Strongly disliked the inability to get a hold of anyone and the vaguely threatening texts about my card. The texts said my card was declined. They were missing zip which was on license I submitted pic of for free check in. Both seem like things that could be adjusted. Staff someone at least on the phone earlier than game time for a hotel next to ballpark.

Expensive for what you get. Internet and TV were out the 1st night I was there. Booking.com gave me a price w tax, hotel fees etc. Wen my card was billed an extra $80 was tacked onto it. I thought it might be deposit. Turned out it wasn't. Never bothered to question what it was bcuz there wasn't staff at desk for the first day n a half. By then I was already having fun on my trip n didn't want to ruin it w petty things.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean, very helpful and friendly staff, and great location: only minutes from bus stops and the train. The neighborhood has lots of shops, restaurants and of course the ball field. Although great location, it got very busy and noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with party-goers, but it didn't bother us or our sleeping. Chicago is super clean, a terrific "food-city" and lots to do and see! We LOVE Chicago, and just loved staying at this site especially!

The only thing really was the noise from the streets on Fri/Sat nights, but again, that didn't disturb our sleeping. Just wish there had been some type of noise-proof glass?? (That's a wish really, not a request :). )

In the heart of Wrigleyville. Steps to the field. TONS of eating and night life options. Clean rooms and the staff were top notch!

Nothing. Zilch. We liked everything. If night life is an issue I would request a room on the backside. We closed our curtains and it was like turning off the sun. The shower was a dream. Beds were fantastic. We loved it all!

I like everything really. Location. Cleanness. Flexible check in or check out. Very straightforward about what you pay for. Nice and friendly day time staff.

I just missed blow dryer in a room. It gets loud from the bars and clubs in area till 1-2am. Night time kid working there hated his job. He wanted to party.

Right in the heart of Wrigleyville, this was a great option that was found at the last minute. Great rooftop views and super clean and comfortable rooms.

There was an issue with obtaining our drinks as what we were promised was not delivered. There was nowhere to get ice or a place to keep our drinks cold. Staff-less site so communication was done through text but responses were slow when issues or questions were needed to be answered.

The vibe. The balcony. The rooms were very modern and hipster. The beds were comfortable, and a nice low height. Very clean. Great lighting. Quiet despite the bar downstairs.. Bucket of cold drinks brought to our room was a plus!

Trouble getting into the building when we arrived. No parking vouchers..Managed remotely, so finding a person to assist was difficult. Text responses weren't always answered promptly.

Nice, big windows and upscale amenities. Great baseball decorations everywhere. Bed was extremely comfortable. Perfect location for my needs. Late check-out was awesome since I long night out. The staff was super friendly. I appreciated the iced down drinks in my room upon arrival.

Loved the roof access and private terrace. It's a huge relief that I didn't have to travel all the way to the front door to get some fresh air

None of the TV remotes worked on my TV. Would have been nice if I could have used it on any other channel.

The room was very clean very nice they let us check in a little early. Housekeepers couldn't communicate with us but they did the best they could and I appreciate that.

Trying to check in with no staff there was horrible and they could not set us up with parking. It was very hard to understand them on where to park. The first time we got key cards they did not work. Check in did not go great.
