The hotel is conveniently located to the Edgewater area, making it an easy walk or bus ride to all uptown attractions. The staff was very helpful and accommodating - the AC went out my first night and with their help we were able to come up with a resolution to make the rest of my stay comfortable. I would stay here again!

The bathrooms were a little dated, but they were clean and everything worked as it should. What I really liked was the free on-site parking. We parked right in front of our room. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Chicago.

Breakfast was okay but not great. Just cold cereal and some fruit.

The person who checked me in was possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with checking in to any hotel/motel. There were several spiders crawling around the room and on the beds.

They cleaned room daily, with fresh towels.

Ac/heat did not work properly. Sweat box on night one, tried to offset with window open, but was difficult to find a comfortable balance. Breakfast was abysmal.
