Everything about our stay was amazing. Anything and everything was close by we didnt halfa travel far. Had a Curaleaf dispensary close by, too. The breakfast add-on was well worth it. I definitely recommend it. By far the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. We actually were reimbursed for the two coupons we didn't use. Amazing cookies that were free. Definitely will stay here again!

The main complaint I have was the fact my reservation wasn't correct, but we were refunded, and they made up for it. It was kinda confusing how big the hotels lay out but nothing to complain about. I personally didn't notice, but my other half had to clue where to go. The travel time to go downtown was about 47mins that was really the only thing.

Location was great! Just across from the upscale Westfield mall. Lots of restaurants and shopping in a safe area! After driving from L.A., it was a welcomed experience! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We had to fight for parking because of the theater venue next door. It was inconvenient because we had luggage in our SUV and were driving cross country. Identifiable hotel only parking could be an improvement.

The location was good as there is grocery and stores really close to walk to.. The hotel room was clean and tidy and enjoyed that part of the stay.

The restaurant downstairs - The staff were a but rude. We also ordered some drinks and when they arrived they had some not so great "floaties" in them. The staff did exchange and were a little more pleasant after that, but it was really disappointing feeling unwelcomed.

Plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. Quick check in and a delicious warm cookie as a welcome !! Our room was very clean and comfortable !! Very reasonable rates for the Chicago area. The family owned restaurant attached was very good. We went to a concert at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts which was in walking distance. We would stay here again!!

The hotel property was just a few minutes walk to the shopping mall, with great food choices around the area, all within walking distance which is rare in the US. The facilities were complete, the gym was sufficient for my needs, there's even a heated indoor pool (great during the cold season). We liked the freebie cookies, they were served warm!

Quiet, clean, great location for my needs. Housekeeping did a great job and were extremely courteous, as was the front desk staff. High end fixtures in the bathroom but could have used a fan.

Pen and paper in the room would have been helpful.

My room could not get comfortably warm. I had the thermostat on 90. Even the floors of the bathroom were freezing. I was on the 11th floor and it just seemed like nothing but cool air was traveling through.

Had one stained towel which was a little disconcerting but all other towels looked fine

Didn’t include any sort of breakfast and charged $2 a bottle for what are usually complimentary water bottles left in the room. Fairly nit picky I admit.

Is very far to the downtown .. one hour in train and and have to take taxi every day for going to the train station ,,,
