Very practical place to stay if you are working. Large room with kitchen and every thing works. Not fancy but works and easy to use. Plus laundry facility is real bonus. Pretty quiet too. Comfortable large bed with two desks. Really appeciated the work space. And good lighting. I work on the road, so this place was really good for me. Stayed four weeks and got a lot done.

Can't think of anything. Maybe could have used more cleaning but no biggie. I'm used to cleaning up for myself.

Nobody smoking that I could smell. Ana for checkout listened to my input and was very helpful!

Rude front desk female Friday and Saturday evening. She glared out me multiple times during my stay coming and going each time. She would yell at people to pull a door closed that was not completely closing on its own. She yelled at me to close it and said why not fix it. After that I was her enemy.

Staff is great, I feel comfortable with my stay. Especially my room is to my standards. Ana, Mark, Delora, Mariano, are an awesome staff. Communication is great. I recommend

Room size, mattress, friendly staff, no carpet in rooms made it feel cleaner Checkout Roman, Delora, was so sweet. So was the check in lady, but I did not catch her name.

Could use a refresh such as dings in wall fixed; pillows are pretty flat, could use a thicker comforter

Staff was friendly. Replaced the clock in our room when I reported it was gaining time. Self-serve breakfast, including granola-type bars. Self-serve luggage cart available. Convenient to I-94.

Leah at the front desk was AH.MAZ.ING! We wanted to take her home with us. She made our stay so enjoyable and was super accommodating, especially when I realized I had booked the wrong type of room. Keep her! Pay her whatever she wants!!

A little run down.

Room was spacious. Staff provided extra pillow upon request because I had chest congestion.

Breakfast was unappetizing. Muffins and breakfast bars were dry. There was no decaffeinated tea.

Staff were very helpful. They kept my luggage for free extra 2 hours. It is big thing to appreciate them.

Bathroom fan was extremely extremely loud. So shower was very annoying. Outside traffic sound bothered me for my sleep. 2 lamps did not have bulbs but it was OK for me.

cleanliness and location

the lighting in all rooms including bathroom light was too dark. the bed was the worst I ever slept on in my life. I could have slept on the floor , the mattress was so bad lumpy and could not whole the weight of a person . this was my very first stay at an extended stay and I was very disappointed about those 2 things
