Very satisfied. Modern Apartment with great view! Already great eye for details regarding many things (night stand light has usb, smart TV for guest accounts, real coffee, storage lockers etc.)

It wasn't possible, yet to order cleaning and not clear how much it would costs. Nice would be to be able to request an invoice automatically when booking.

Amazing bed, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub), (dish-)washer/dryer/ironing tools, tv-screen (with tv-channels and apps), free wifi. Quiet neighbourhood, close to public transportation and downtown Chicago.

Fridge had some weird crusty stains inside (traces of previous guest?), there was no fan above the stove, toilet was too low, very thin toiletpaper, no side-table for the couch, a tiny dinner-table. Worst: sometimes screen at main entrance didn't work - I had to wait outside (winter) until someone could open the door for me.

I liked the concept of feeling like I was in my own apartment. I liked the idea of being able to explore a new neighborhood.

I didn't like that the bathroom sink drained very slowly. This felt unsanitary. I would have preferred a let-out-couch in the living room area, which would give one the option of watching television while lying in bed.

Compact and cozy apartment. Location is great, walking distance to key areas, Trader Joe‘s and metro station 5 min walk! Convienent, digital check-in and locks. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay! Overall we had a super nice experience :)

You can hear metro during the night, but it is not very loud.

This was a great stay, the view was awesome! The location was good and there were many things to do around the area. The room itself was a great size and the apartment was great. We really enjoyed the use of the lockers to store our luggage between checkout and leaving Chicago.

We did not like the lack of security as there was only one lock on the door and no deadbolt. The window blinds were also see through and anyone could see into the apartment. The biggest issue was that our kitchen utensils and cups had not been washed from the previous stay and had fingerprints all over them.

Sonder at South Wabash in Chicago is a great place to stay for the week. This is my second time staying there and I loved it the first time 2 years ago and I loved it this time too. I love the whole studio apartment feel, it allows me to save some money by allowing me to go buy some groceries and have the ability to cook my meals. I only cook breakfast, but could easily do lunch and dinner, I'm just usually at meetings all day and don't have time for that. But the place is great. I like the location, its easy enough to get to my meetings from there using the train, Lyft, or just walking/biking. The room is nice and clean, has everything you'd want at home there. I think the only thing I don't like is the fact that there is a ton of light in the room at night from the outside environment. They drop down shades could stand to be a bit darker to help block some of the ambient light out. And if I can see people across the street in their apartments through their shades, which happen to be the same ones in Sonder, you get a sense that your privacy may be a little less than desirable for some people's preferences. I love staying there though and I'll be back again in 2 years.

Could have better privacy due to the somewhat thin shades. If I can see what people across from me are doing with their same shades drawn and what they're watching on TV, they can see me and what I'm watching.

The property was clean and decorated nicely. The windows and natural light are a huge plus. The workers were very friendly and the location was perfect.

You can tell the building was cheaply made. Some outlets did not work. Our laundry door would jam shut each time it was closed. There were some details that were missed, such as the TV remotes hardly working. It would be nice to have access to some common spices as well since it’s listed as having a full kitchen.

Very spacious, clean and well-equipped! Loved the large windows and loft-style feel

Could do with black out blinds on the windows. We also had trouble with being able to view both room bookings on the app meaning we had to contact you for the code to access which was a little stressful.

The view from my bed was stunning, and it takes time to get used to it, but then you miss it from the moment you leave it. The house was spacious and had all the comfort for cooking and enjoying the space.

It was too hot inside the apartment. We visited Chicago in February, with an average outside temperature of 0 degrees Celsius, but then, in the house, it was always 25 degrees. Way too hot for me. I have been trying to work with the heating system but without success. I was only turning the heating up and never got the apartment cooler.
