Having to pay for parking and parking was limited. Coming back to the hotel late means no parking spot

The hotel is clean and rooms spacious. The restaurant VU breakfast food was delicious we we received vouchers.

Although all staff kind and pleasant they were not consistent in information provided. No one helped us to our room despite seeing us struggling with bags and am oxygen tank. Waant given the vouchers for the brrafast upon arrival. Was told there was no restaurant in the hotel only outside on the corner.. Howevet, the next morning when asked about our vouchers was given them and told restaurant was on 22nd floor of hotel. When asked to have room cleaned again was told yes but then it wasn't. That was only once but when hotel was informed it wasn't cleaned again then they did send someone up to clean.

I think they did an excellent job, considering that there were many people there for a volleyball tournament. My biggest issue was that there were two elevators, one of which was not working. This meant extremely long waits for an elevator. Unfortunately, taking the stairs was not an option. If taking the stairs had have been an option that would’ve been much better. I wish they would’ve made the stairs accessible during the time the elevator was out of service (which included the entirety of our stay). Other than this, everything was handled pretty well by the hotel. The on-site gym was really nice and I really was appreciative of being able to work out during my stay. My daughter really enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was great and the view was awesome up on the 22nd floor. Our hotel rooms were on the corners and they were huge. We enjoyed the pool both nights.

The only trouble we had was finding a place to pull up so we could valet park, we had to go around the block several times and wait for a spot to open up. There is not much room out in front of the building to pull over and park.

I really liked the hotel, but the Lounge on the 22nd floor charged me $26 dollars for a gin on the rocks When I asked for an explanation the manager said I did not order the drink properly I ordered gin on the rocks and I should have ordered a shot of gin on ice Who knew Plus $4.00 services fee was add along with gratitude Beware people check your bill before you leave Very disappointed in Hilton style

Everything was great except for my experience on the 22nd floor

Great hotel! Very convenient to McCormick Place. Easy accessibility to downtown with public or private transport. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet. We were on the 19th floor with great views. The rooftop bar and restaurant offer even more spectacular views. Breakfast was excellent. The fitness room is good for a hotel property. The restricted floor access offers an added level of security. The neighborhood features some enjoyable restaurants.

Lighting in the room can be better. Especially around the closet area. More electric outlets around the closet area would also be helpful. The Keurig in the room is appreciated, but please have coffee pods available, not only tea. Parking is expensive.

I love love loved Anastasia at the front desk. She was actually listening me. And when we woke up the next morning from celebrating our 22nd anniversary she had a little bag of gifts for us outside our room door with a card. I felt good heard and special! Jus that little conversation while checking in went a long way......

Parking is expensive!

Anastasia was very sweet at checkin and sociable. Our neighbors at 1030pm were overly loud and my 16 year old son couldnt sleep, we called front desk and they took care of it. Staff was very helpful with everything and all smiles

Said breakfast was included. They did give us vouchers for the restaurant thst served breakfast

I didn't participate in breakfast plan - I would add to this survey is that front desk staff Mr. Roman was such a pleasant to meet - he was very pleasure to me. He asked all the questions I needed to know and extend valuable info I needed to travel around the city of Chicago along with best restaurants to eat in.

The distance from the hotel and airport- due to the traffic I missed my flight.

It was easy to get to and from the convention center. We were in a room near the elevator and it wasn't as loud as I expected.

Getting to the restaurant on the roof for dinner is weird and the menu is small. It's really more for drinks and snacks than a meal. Also, the door is very heavy and hard to push open.
