We loved the variety of the breakfast provided they had varied options vegetarian friendly, pork free options, and varies other accommodations it was lovely The staff did a great job and ensuring our room was clean and always replenished soaps and fresh towels There was always someone on staff to help answer any and all questions or requests There were many restaurants by the hotel that made eating out a easy experience

The sheets smelt a bit chemically and the shower water smelt like Clorox or bleach it was very odd The room shook a bit when the trains passed The people next to us made very loud noises due to their door opening and slamming shut

A really pleasant experience, the room was lovely with a comfortable bed and sofa. The reception area was really nice, felt very premium. Staff were all helpful and friendly throughout the stay. As a solo traveller in a new country, I felt very safe in the hotel. Good transport links to the loop, with a bus running regularly during the week and the red line being a short walk away. My holiday was wonderful, and the hotel played a big role in that. Many thanks, and I hope to return!

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room amenities were great with a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a convenient desk. Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. Spacy room, quiet. Nice to have a free basic daily breakfast included.

There was no safe in the room available. It is really important to ask for a quiet room with direction to the village street, as you might as well end up with a room overlooking the noisy highway and railroad tracks. The red line of the train, though convenient to reach the city, has really very strange people onboard. Not a real pleasure to commute.

Clean and attractive lobby, helpful staff, free breakfast for all guests with hotel room, very clean and spacious room, well-appointed room (fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, plenty of towels).

Wish they hadn't charged $8 for the bottled water in the rooms! It was a large bottle, but still seems excessive. Air-conditioning system in the room is also fairly noisy. Neither of these things would stop me from staying again, though; it's a really nice, clean hotel. I was extremely comfortable.

We loved how the hotel was right in the heart of Chinatown. Even though there was a bustling city around us we never heard the traffic or commotion once we entered the building. The breakfast was delicious and some of the best we've had in a long time. We also cannot applaud the staff enough. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. Parking was also super easy and very convenient to the hotel.

One weird quirk was the fact that the bathroom didn't have any place for your foot. The bathroom itself was beautiful, but if you needed to do things like shave your legs like my wife did or something along those lines there was no place to do that.

I would like to have bath tubs in the room or a pool and jacuzzi area to go to. I think the biggest part of vacationing is leisure time and it would be nice to do that on property without having to just lay in the bed.

This hotel was a gem to find in a large city! The staff was super friendly and helpful; their restaurant recommendation was awesome! The location felt very safe and was surrounded by lots of good food and fun shops with unique gifts and clothing for sale. The breakfast was good and included a great variety of options to choose from yogurt with toppings, oatmeal, bagels/toast, bakery goods and some hot selections.

The location was fantastic - nearby public transit, restaurants open early and late, and still on the quieter side. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage with the front desk after we checked out, and they secured it in a locked room with bag tags. The fitness center and free laundry usage was super handy. The room was one of the cleanest I've seen in a hotel. The room layout also made a lot of sense and was great for working in for two days. Mini fridge and microwave in the room was also a huge plus. The sofa they have in the King suite was very comfortable to lounge in.

The breakfast options were okay for me - there was an array of cereal, grains/breads, and hot food but in Chinatown I went out to get things I preferred instead. In the bathroom, the towel rack is on the oppose side of the room by the toilet instead of the shower which didn't make much sense to me.
