Extremely clean, room was perfect and the view was outstanding! Nice restaurant and options for food was all there... the location topped it all off though! Walking distance to Soldier field and local restaurants about a block up (very good!)

Staff was great but would like a little more information at check in... (like how to use the elevators - how breakfast works)... We had a challenge when trying to leave the parking lot after our stay. We paid at the hotel, but when leaving, we didn't have anything to get us out of the parking lot. We had to call for assistance and felt bad because the line behind us was huge. We noticed other vehicles having to do the same thing. I would recommend a better explanation on leaving after your stay if you can't get the valet parking and need to park in the ramp. Or give a type of ticket at check in time so you don't hold the line up when trying to leave the ramp.

Staff was excellent all around, clean room, had the lakeside view so that was beautiful/relaxing to look out. Ice machine was close. Quiet. Close to concert, so walked vs waiting for a ride.

I'm used to being able to just grab a luggage cart myself, load myself, etc., but wasn't able. Don't get me wrong, they were excellent-I'm just used to doing it all myself. Room more expensive than Im used to, but it was close enough to concert, and had a beautiful view, so I splurged.

I loved the breakfast and the staff were nice. What mostly impressed was the luxury of the hotel itself and the cleanliness of the hotel and hotel room with the amazing view I had outside it really was jaw-dropping.

The parking lot was sort of confusing as the hotel has a separate parking lot and one staff member who attended my family during breakfast was sort of rude to us as we didn’t know we had to wait in line to be situated to a table, and going to our hotel room with the elevators and all that was sort of confusing; other than that though a great stay!

Proximity to Soldier Field. Comfortable bed, products in bathroom, nive shower, view good.

The person who checked me in was not welcoming. First she was unable to locate my reservation. I showed her my reservation with Booking.com. She said they dod not have the view. Next thing she found my reservation. She did not tell me we would have to pay when exiting the garage. She billed it to my card. It was not what she said as much as the uppity tone.

Beds very comfortable. Also confortable couch, with excellent view over Lake Michigan. Twice I caleld reception and asked for extra coffee for the coffee machne, and both times it was delivered quickly. (These kinds of things make a difference!)

Kind of tough to say something that I didn't like. Nothing major, but: 1. We found it confusing to log into wifi with Bonvoy. 2. We ate at the Main restaurant, Woven and Bound, and the service was a little below par. That's all I can think of.

The breakfast was great. The room was excellent. The location was excellent as we went to Chicago for tge Metallica concert at Soldier Field, which was within a short walking distance. Overall, an excellent stay.

The shower was a bit difficult to.operate, but that is all. Everything else was perfect, especially liked how easy the bedside lamps were to operate - not so at some other hotels. Everything else was perfect.

Very convenient location!

We got locked out of our room couple times, we were told the lock from the inside is very sensitive. If they know about it, they need to change it because we were tired and wanted to go inside of our rim but we had to wait for someone to come and fixed that for us in order to get in our room! Also the host from the restaurant where they served buffet wasn’t very friendly!

I arrived early and they were kind and accommodated me with an early check-in - the staff was very kind. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. Loved the reading sofa by the room window.

It is an upscale hotel - it was weird that that they charge extra for wifi in the room- but if you sign up for Mariott rewards they comp the wifi charge

We came to Chicago to go to a concert at Soldier Field. It was a great location, close and safe to walk there and back.

There was a misunderstanding regarding parking; valet versus self park. I could’ve swore I chose valet, when I made my reservations, but the self parking was close and not too inconvenient.

The room had a spectacular view of the lake. It was beautiful.

The were no negative aspects to our stay at your hotel. I found it one of the most stress free stays I've had at any facility in a long time.
