Comfortable, clean, quiet and easy to find! Nice seating area where we met friends in the lobby. Great coffee area and iced water in the lobby. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Jimmy Dean biscuits, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins and bagels! All around great stay, definitely reccomend. Great price too!

Remote for the TV needed replacing, but not an issue.

They were really friendly and had free breakfast until 10. My kids really had fun in the pool.

Everything was really great. We traveled with four of us so we had to do laundry for four and there is only one washer and dryer so it took awhile to do but otherwise it really wasn’t that bad. Most everything was really good so I can’t think of anything to really to complain about.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was quite good. Plenty of places to get food in the immediate vicinity. Ac worked well and was quite.

Wasn't a big fan of the area. Had a run in with a local junkie, while getting food at night (was off hotel property). Things didnt get out of hand, but glad my wife or kids weren't alone.

everything! The building inside and out is clean. My room was beautiful and well taken care of. They have a fitness room and a pool, laundry facilities, everything you need for a comfortable stay.! the continental breakfast is great! You can make your own waffles. They have breakfast sandwiches and muffins and fruit, juice, milk, coffee. Their breakfast room is very nice and very clean. You can sit comfortably at a table and watch TV while you eat. It’s just a very lovely place inside and out. Oh, and they are pet friendly! With an awesome huge yard on the side of the property for you to walk and play with your dogs. 🐕🐩🦮 cleaning up after your pet is very important not only to the staff, but two guests as well! I am grateful and thankful to every pet owner that has visited the Baymont inn and suites, who have cleaned up behind their pets. The side yard is beautiful because of that.! I encourage everyone with a pet to do their part. Thank you Baymont for the best experience of my life.! ❤️❤️❤️

what I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I couldn’t stay there longer! :-)

The property was very clean and look very nice from the inside and outside

My only complaint is that I wish that they were covers on the bed and when I asked for a blanket at the desk they were out. We were the last ones to check in for the day so I know they had probably given a lot out before we got there, but there should definitely be blankets for all guests

The staff were amazing!!! So approachable and attentive. The room was really nice, bed was comfy. The breakfast also was great, a lot of option.

I liked everything. Can’t wait to book again!

The staff was very responsive to our needs.

The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Five days. There were two elderly people I our party that had to go up to the third floor via the stairs our entire stay. We were not informed of the elevator malfunction until we arrived However, we had no choice but to stay since all rooms in the city of Galesburg were sold out since it was college graduation.

The desk clerk Pat was exceptional, she went above and beyond her normal duties to make our checking easy. I had just checked out of the emergency room in Des Moines, IA., and running late. She keep our room, even though we were so late arriving.

The property is clean, simple, and it’s located right by the entrance to the interstate. It’s conveniently situated right on the Main Street that leads into downtown Galesburg. The staff are courteous and professional.

It’s a little dated physically, as there are bits of rust, wear, and tear throughout the room, but it’s not off-putting enough to affect the comfort level.

Breakfast was fine. Didn't find on TV the news station we watch, but not a big deal! It was very quiet which was appreciated. Room was nice and temperature was easy to set. Room and bed were comfortable.

Only thing I can think of was breakfast, but that was just preference, not anything wrong with it!
