The staff was nice. Definitely needs more updates, but you get what you pay for! We were just stopping 1 night as a halfway point on vacation, so we just needed a cheap stay for sleep, so it wasn't horrible, but better than super 8s where I live! I would stop again if I was ever in that area staying for a night.

The top cover of our bed was dirty like someone threw up on it the night before & the cleaning staff didn't clean that, but the rest was clean.

We were traveling late and I booked online, so when we got there check in was easy. The gentleman that checked me in was great. He even told me the channel that the Ohio State football game was on!! He was friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I can't really say anything that I didn't like. I guess if anything more parking out front but it wasn't a big deal there was a rear door that was by the parking lot.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the price we paid for the overnight stay and the corresponding room that we stayed in. Since we paid a cheap price for this last minute stay, we expected adequate accommodations with no frills. Super 8 exceeded our expectation. The room was a decent size, and it was clean and quiet. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot in our room. The staff was friendly. We travelled with family, and they accommodated our request to have rooms together. We will stay here again when we travel through this area.

Location, Cleanliness, Staff was very helpful - everything was as it should be.

Breakfast had minimal options, even for a hotel breakfast but not really that much lower than expected. Good options on either side of the hotel so all in all not bad.

They only thing I didn't like is the stink outside the bathroom... I feel it should be in bathroom not were ppl can see u brash your teeth or whatever.

Rooms were clean and tidy as was the whole property. Really good location with bars, restuarants very close to hand.

Breakfast offering was rather limited

Conveniently close to the highway, a Pilot has and a Shell across the road and a McDonald as well. The staff were very friendly.

A little dated. Typical Midwest aroma in the room until the ac went to action.

I absolutely love this particular Super 8 for many reasons… 1) The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional 2) The rooms were clean and comfortable 3) Great location, about a quarter mile off the interstate and the best restaurant EVER right next door (LuBobs). 4)Reasonably priced

We had to complain for the first time this trip… the room they originally put us up in was downstairs, that was great, however, we requested a non-smoking room due to my asthma and when we entered the room it really reeked of smoke. They corrected their oversight and put us in a different room.

I stayed at a Super 8 once before in another state, and it was not a good experience. This month, years after that experience, I tried Super 8 again, and the Greenville Super 8 was excellent. I would stay there again. The recliner was so welcome--and very clean.

The bathroom was spotlessly clean and new looking, but needed sweeping behind the door. A minor thing. Another minor thing is that everyone knows that Super 8 has a mediocre breakfast, but that's okay, based on the price of the room.
