The hotel was in a perfect location for our visit - close to the interstate, across the street from a convenience store, close to food options. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in & check-out experience was easy and quick. There was plenty of parking. We received additional towels and toiletries upon request with no problem.

The water pressure was very, very low; however, we had other friends who stayed at a hotel across the street who had the same experience, so it may not be anything within the hotel's control.

I was traveling with my elderly mother & after we got done with family business, she became ill & needed to lay down right away. I called the hotel to see if we could check in 3 hours early. They were very accommodating! They even, quickly cleaned a 1st floor room so she didn't have to walk far! This was good as she can't walk well at all & was super weak!

The darkening drapes were torn & there was only 1side of sheer curtain to try to have privacy during the day. I don't know why the other side hasn't been replaced.

The room was very neat and clean. Satisfied our requirement of one night stay after a long drive . Had good sleep here

The breakfast gad very little options . Had Edie Ted little more for the price

Location was close to I57 . Staff was excellent & accommodating. Room is as clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was adequate- waffles, cereals, coffee, toast, bagels, apples.

A variety of fruit (only apples were provided). It would have been nice to have cream cheese since bagels were offered. I liked that the breakfast area was clean & neat.

The price and location

The property was dated. The window in my room had a crack in it. The heater would not let me set the fan to auto, it stayed on the whole time. The shower curtain was so short, when I took a shower water got all over the floor.

The location is perfect, there are many stores and restaurants in the area.

The water didn't get hot although it's summer we still enjoy hot showers. The carpet had stains.The room was still clean.

The bed linens and towels smelled so clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable.

I wish there had been more towels and wash rags in the room.

Staff was nice and it was quiet.

The carpet had a wet spot on it and my socks got wet when I was getting into bed. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed there were crumbs on the floor by the nightstand.

Clean room & hotel; comfortable beds. Close to freeway.

The breakfast options could be greatly improved. Coffee was warm not hot. Could have bananas; only saw 1 apple. Dark area. Turn the lights on.

The location

We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub, there was other peoples hair in the tub when we arrived. The tub in the bathroom also had other people’s hair. It could had been cleaner for the price paid for the room.
