This hotel is the best thing to ever happen to Centralia Il.

The buffer quality between floors is horrible. The people in the room above us were very noisy. I think their kids were playing ball or something and running back and forth across the room. Also could hear a VERY heavy footed adult walking across the floor. Thankfully, they were only there for one night.

Property was clean, rooms were clean, pool area was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Walmart was conveniently within a quick walk across the parking lot for any necessities.

The beds were just a little too uncomfortable for my taste. The noise from children running/jumping in the hallways carried into our room.

Hotel was clean, beautiful, and inviting. Front desk worker was pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival there was complimentary cookies at the front desk. Location was close to several restaurants and shopping. Pool and pool area was clean and my sons and I had it all to ourselves the night we stayed. Location was easy to get to. The room was plenty spacious enough for my 2 sons and myself. My youngest son loved the pillows. My oldest son slept on the pullout sofa and says it wasn't the most comfortable mattress but he slept fine. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The pullout sofa mattress wasn't the most comfortable. Didn't have blankets for the pullout sofa, we also didn't ask so that's kind of on us. The smoke detector in the middle of the room ceiling had a blinking red light that was a little annoying while trying to sleep.

The breakfast was very good. I got a waffle and sausage which was tasty

They closed the doors while a lady was fixing plates for her 2 little ones and she didn't get breakfast. Plus a lady walking past over table while finishing our coffee and took my napkin without asking anything. That was rude

Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Bed was a little high for my disabled husband, but was very comfortable.

The height of the bad. The bathroom had a fairly high tub which was hard for my husband to step into.

Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, spacious room. Everything we could have wanted and more for an excellent price. Great breakfast too!

Nothing really. Located near a big Walmart and some eating places nearby. Do Not go to the Japanese restaurant. It was awful! 😩

It was clean and had nice facilities (green spaces, poop bags, garbage can) for traveling with a pet. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Close to a Walmart for last minute travel needs.

The walls were a bit thin so it was possible to hear noises from other rooms.

Very modern property and polite staff.

Found a few strands of hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival. The day my room was cleaned I didn’t get extra toilet paper, had to retrieve a roll at 5am.

We've stayed there a few times, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The lobby is decorated nicely and always matches the season or holiday.

Not much to offer in Centralia.

I always stay here, it’s my home away from home. Always clean, staff is always helpful and you can’t beat the price that includes a FULL breakfast!

There is not anything that I don’t like about this property.
