I like the location of the hotel-easy to find. The beds are comfortable for me with different pillow options. Love the warm cookies at check in!! Breakfast in the restaurant is always great and offers a good variety of choices. I felt safe staying here.

My room was looking a little tired. Heat and air unit needs cleaned, carpet could use replacing and the outer parts of the shower need cleaned. I couldn’t use the refrigerator/freezer because the previous guests left bottles of soda in the freezer part and it was frozen and a towel had been place inside??

Good atmosphere and the food was good

Food was gone and we had to wait to replenish We were not asked if we wanted coffee and had to wait, waitress kept going around us and we couldn’t get her attention to request coffee Our room was reserved as accessible which I thought ment handicapped equipped but the toilet was sub stantared height and my husband couldn’t get up with no help bars

They only have 4 luggage carts and when we were ready to leave in the morning they were gone. W asked the clerks at the desk and he said people keep them in their rooms he looked 4 times during the night and couldn’t find any. Maybe they should have a sign by the carts do not keep in your room please return.

The breakfast was excellent, not what you typically get with hotels who say their breakfast is included. Maybe I was just really tired, but the bed was exceedingly comfortable and allowed me to sleep through the entire night without getting up once!

Actually, everything was great

Breakfast was a smaller buffet but it was quite delicious! Upon check in, we were given warm cookies and my kiddos loved that!

My kiddos and I arrived around bed time... I didn't think to ask for extra towels when we checked in, so that was a bummer to get to the room for 4 of us and only have 2 towels.

The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good. It’s conveniently located right off of the highway.

The bed and pillows were as comfortable as I was hoping but they were good enough for a quick night while traveling.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. When I walked up there was a man and woman working. The woman was sitting, leaning back in her chair and saying "They don't pay me enough to be nice." The man, who checked me in, kept commenting on the fact that I used booking.com to book the room, and hence was not eligible for the free breakfast, Hilton points, or AAA discount. He was dismissive in his attitude and she was blatantly rude. Not a good way to begin our stay.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. I also received fresh baked cookies when I arrived which was nice.

I wasn't crazy about the breakfast. And coffee wasn't that accessible. I had to go into the restaurant and ask for a coffee to go. That was probably my only issue. It would be better if coffee was out in the open.

Check out showed 12 online. But at 10:30 housekeeping woke us up by banging loudly on the door. It scared us to death to be honest. Going from a dead sleep to loud beating at the door. I opened the door to find her standing across the hall at another room. She asked if we needed late check out and I told her online it showed check out was at 12. She stated it was at 11:00 but that we could stay til 12 if needed. I told her that we were up and would be gone by 11. But, if check out was at 11, I'm still confused as to why they are beating on the door at 10:30?
