Clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay during traveling. Parking available. Only complaint was the breakfast or lack of.

No coffee

This hotel is located close to the freeway, in an industrial area. The surrounding area is not pretty, but you are only a mile or so away from downtown West Frankfort, and there are fast food restaurants and even a small mall within walking distance. We were here for the 2024 eclipse and the hotel's location was absolutely perfect for us! The hotel is older, but very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the continental breakfast was quite good (choices of fresh fruit, packaged pastries, muffins and bread for toasting, cold cereal). Staff highlight: I needed something I'd forgotten to bring with me and when I asked the front desk, I was told they didn't have it, either. HOWEVER, one of the hotel owners literally ran to the Dollar Store located right next door and bought it for me! Now THAT'S some service!

My only quibble is that the WiFi kept dropping off. It seemed to be a location thing: good WiFi in the lobby, not good in our room, which was on the second floor.

Very clean, big room, quiet, very friendly staff. We never smelled smoke despite there being smoking rooms available. Breakfast had lots of options: bagels, muffins, bread, English muffins, fruit, two types of cereal, butter, cream cheese, jellies, toaster oven, microwave, coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix. Basically, this hotel had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

housekeeping tried kicking me out of room when I had paid for 2 nights. Also I ultimately checked out 2 hours after check in time and asked for a refund for my 2nd night this was denied explanation was I booked online when I literally didn't stay in the room. The disruption of housekeeping trying to kick me out is enough to make me stay elsewhere next time. Literally entered my room when I was naked to kick me out.

The out side did not match the room. But the staff the room we very good and the beds were very nice clean and comfortable

Hotel was near the interstate and easy to get to. Room was clean and didn't appear to need any maintenance. No weird smells. Breakfast was available but very slim options. Basically coffee, juice, oatmeal and toast. Pretty basic amenities. Good for a one night stop on the road or a vacation on a budget.

I would have liked more options for breakfast but they did offer it so I was fairly happy with that and coffee was good.

The location was perfect for what I was in town for. I especially appreciated a car wash! close by. That was a bonus.

The only complaint I have is that the rooms where I was staying all had non-smoking signs on the doors and yet someone in a room near me was smoking.

The location was good and they worked hard to make the stay good. I appreciate their efforts.

The price but the costs were all very high for the 2024 Solar Eclipse.

The rooms were clean. Little old , outdated but our room was clean. The managers were very friendly. Greeted us each time we came in.

Smell. But we fixed that with a airfreshner. This is to be expected in older hotel.
