Easy to get to and located near tons of resturaunts shopping and convenience stores. Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast and dining area. Indoor pool was well maintained. All of the staff with the exception of 1 female at front desk, were friendly and helpful . She wasn't rude or out of the way, just didn't seem to want to be there doing what she was doing . She was young so I chalked it up to her age and the attitude they all seem to have at that age. I booked a suite which was more than comfortable . Small lounge area sleeping area , a typical suite. Parking was never a problem. I returned to pretty well the same parking spot each time I left. Right off the interstate. Price was where it should be . Enjoyed my stay .

We didn't get to eat any breakfast..

Me and my friend were charged for 2 rooms and we only have one room.. I booked a room and she was going to pay for it her debit card and they charged us both and said we both booked a room which wasn't true.I was only person that booked a room and it was in my name.. We both were charged on our debit cards, which wasn't right at all, And when I called you find out about it the next day when we find out we both were charged, Staff wasn't very polite And we still were charged 2 rooms for our stay... We were never Cmcompensated in any way.. Not happy...

I love everything about the place other than it needs updated. It needs renovated desperately. I love the sink near the coffee maker and the microwave and the layout is grayed in the lighting. Pretty good. The bathroom was nice. I like the possibility of having the fan on or off and not constantly on with the light on in the bathroom

I wish you had an in-room safe. The rooms need to be renovated desperately. You have one of the better hotels in the area. If you renovated the rooms it would be top notch and I would add hot breakfast. Continental breakfast was not great

Comfy bed & nice little kitchen area. Nice carpet. Seems like they are redecorating the rooms.

No hot breakfast except little sausage things on a bun you microwave. No egg or cheese. Not good. Construction going on in the rooms around us but wasn't noisy. However, the workers must have somehow cooked food & the smell really hung around for a long time. Was very unpleasant.

The service was fantastic as the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was very nice as it was far enough from the main city and noise. The shower was both the favorite of my wife and I, as it was the biggest shower I've ever seen.

From first glances, the hotel is a little on the run-down side, both exterior and interior, but it wasn't a deal breaker in any way, shape, or form. The chairs in our room looked like they hadn't been steam cleaned in 10 years. The faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the countertop, so any pressure using it made it almost rip off the countertop.

The room was handicap accessible as requested. Bed was comfortable. Great value for the money. Room was spacious.

We were in the room and at 9:30, a housekeeper was already opening the door before we could get to the door. We had not checked out and the check out time was 11am. When we told the desk, there was no apology and the lady acted as if we were wrong to mention this.

Everything was and and clean check in and out was easy good location breakfast was more than expected personel wer very friendly and helpful

the only thing that was not good was the floor in the bathroom , turned on the shower and stepped back out inti the the bathroom and slid across the floor . it was very slick I had noticed the pallets of flooring in the parking lot so I know that they were aware of the problem and the desk attendant when I said something to her confirmed that they were working on the floors . only thing i thought of is some tread strips for a quick fix while waiting to replace the floors . I almost slipped and fell because of it . just a thought

The location was good for our purposes—easy to get to and close to restaurants and the interstate. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable! The room was just what we needed—we were not disappointed! The halls were clean, the facility didn’t smell funny, and the carpet wasn’t worn.

The only thing that was sub-par was the breakfast. If you were on a low-carb diet, you were out of luck. But we didn’t stay there for the breakfast — what we needed was a clean, comfortable, affordable room. Exactly what we got!

Quiet rooms, direct tv, fridge and microwave in room, decent location, friendly staff. Overall a decent value

Room 223 smells like a stale swamp- i had to run the AC super low to try to dehumidify the place, I just assumed the whole hotel stank but my next stay was in room 233 which I was pleasantly surprised by. There isn’t much of a breakfast or a fitness center either

Breakfast was adequate. Juice was empty and milk was empty. Garbage was overflowing out of the containers! Not enough staff on hand to manage breakfast levels . Motel was close to interstate 57.

Grounds could be cleaner. Garbage in parking lot and pallets laying outside of the dumpster area.
