Ease of check in. Room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Staff at breakfast did exceptional job keeping Buffett refreshed & dining room clean. She was exceptionally pleasant , greeted all with a smile.

Pre-checkout, I placed do not disturb in my door while I showered and dressed. Two cleaning staff, knocked on my door anyway, I quickly threw on clothes to answer their knocking & was shocked they asked how soon could O leave for the room to be cleaned. It was indeed about 45 minutes to check out time; but I found this to be rude and intrusive to my stay. I also believed I left a book behind, message to hotel has never been responded to.

Breakfast was superior. Immaculate spaces, delicious, numerous choices, staff was engaging, attentive and cordial.

Bed was uncomfortable for us. After a very long day of driving, we were really hoping for a quality bed, that wasn’t the case unfortunately. Check-in staff was wonderful and even offered us a discount coupon for a local restaurant. Property was convenient to reach from the interstate and appeared to be in good repair from what we saw.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable we've experienced at a hotel. The bedding was bright white and soft. The bathroom was spotless, and the towels were not scratchy or stiff. The indoor pool was well-maintained, and the water was nice and clear. The spa pool was wonderful. The hot breakfast was a lovely start to the day.

The pool water was just a touch too cool, but we were able to adjust okay after a bit.

One of the best included breakfasts I have had at a hotel. I love that they have "real" eggs. I would stay here again. They had english muffins so I could make a breakfast sandwich every morning. I really liked that! Coffee was good too!

I had a problem with my key card every day. I would have an arm load of stuff and go all the way up to the 4th floor only to find out my key card isn't working. All the way back to the lobby to get it re-coded. Happed three times during my stay. Three too many.

Short distance off the highway. Reasonable price. Easy check-in and free parking. Close to restaurants, gas stations and other services.

Like most Comfort Inns, this one has a 3-hour window for the complimentary breakfast. We barely made it down in time due to an arrival later than we had planned.

The staff was very friendly and they were very accommodating! The breakfast was fresh and tasted good and had a wonderful assortment of choices for breakfast! The breakfast area was clean and very neat!

I didn't like that there was limited handicap parking close to the entrance! I also didn't like that I was not able to get a room with a walk-in shower and the water pressure was less than adequate!

It was a nice & clean place to stay & centrally located. All the employees that we encountered were very nice & friendly. Breakfast was great👍 Would definitely recommend it, and we will be returning ourselves!!

That ppl parked by the doors with their car & uhaul taking up 4 packing spaces. They need to get customers' make & models on their vehicles so when this happens, they can contact them & have them move to the appropriate parking spaces.

The breakfast was excellent and it was hot and to our liking! Had a great variety of breakfast options! The staff kept things well stocked and made sure everything was hot and tasty! Chairs and tables were comfortable and clean!

It is hard to find anything that was not liked! Everything was good and had no complaints whatsoever! If I really had to think about what I disliked would be parking for disabled persons and the closeness to the entrance doors

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was perfect and hot. I've been in alot of hotels and had alot of hotel breakfast but this was by far the best one so far. Room was very comfortable for us.

Could hear the people above us walking or jumping around very early in the morning.

Breakfast was more than excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection.

The only issue was a constant leak in the widow coming in due to the rain causing water to spill over on to the AC. Found myself having to ring out the towel placed to catch in the rain.
