My recent stay at Quality Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the sunny, who was not only friendly but also very helpfull. The check-in process was quick, and I was soon settling into my room. Speaking of the room, it was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were more than sufficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring guests' comfort. One aspect that stood out to me was the value for money. Despite being reasonably priced, the Quality Inn didn't compromise on quality or service. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The cleaness of the Facility

That the TV had more sports and how to programs than actual movie's. You need new Curtains cause you can see thru the ones you have.

We had no hot water for showers. Hot water turned off at sink. Tried taking a shower at 11:00 pm. When we told front desk, we were told everyone is taking a shower. We were like what the heck.

The danish was very hard not edible

The ice machine needs to be cleaned. it had black stuff floating in the water when it meled

Location was perfect

Couldn’t get a handicap room so had standard room. Wheelchair wouldn’t fit the bathroom door.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled with-lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places I stayed in the years I was in carbondale.

I was happy & relieved I had a place to stay. It was important that I had wi-fi also all for a reasonable price.
