We have been staying here on and off for the last two years. It just keeps getting better each visit, if that is possible. The staff was fabulous. They are bright, friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel has been recently renovated. The interior is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t try their breakfast, so we cannot comment on it.

Close to Walkers Bluff and shopping g just down the road. Grateful we had walk in shower instead of a tub.

Breakfast was OK. The staff was very pleasant and most helpful. The gal on duty when we checked in gave us a list of restaurants and checked some recommendations.

We had no dislikes.

Booked two rooms, one room the air was not working and we had to be moved. Room was great but bed was hard as a rock and key cards did not always work. Asked to have rooms close together and they had plenty of rooms however we were put on floors 2 and 5. Restaurant next door was closed permanently so no dinner and drinks as planned. Not a lot within walking distance of hotel. Breakfast was a "grab and go" bag consisting of water, muffin, and granola bar.

The staff was very courteous!

The hotel was under construction and I had to listen to the sounds of an electric saw when I really could've used a nap. The receptionist said carpet was being layed, and work would be complete at 8pm. Booooo!

This was cleaner and nicer than any other hotel we’ve stayed in while in Carbondale. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here before. Good value and a great mattress. The room was just right for my short stay.

When I got to my room, the air conditioner was set at 60. Freezing cold. Easily fixed.

The staff were so kind, the property was clean, and the beds slept so comfortably.
