I had trouble finding accommodations on my trip that were reasonable thinking I was staying at a family memebers house for the trip and not being able to stay there. I found this place which was about 15 minutes from where I was going and it isn't a 5 star place but was clean and the staff was accommodating. The property in Marion I wouldn't have even checked on it, it was a pit just driving by. So if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and worried about cleanliness this a place to check out.

For the price is was fine, they keep the regulars on the opposite side of the guests.

Everything was wonder. Clean friendly staff. Quaint but safe

Room was quiet, adwquate, comfortable, and economical.

No coffee in room and refrigerator was not pre-chilled.

It's very old and run down. The people were nice who ran it. But it's not one of those places where you feel like you are safe. There was no deadbolt, and there was no way to lock the door other than the door knob. It's not going to be a place that I go again.

Not secured. A former resident came knocking on the door asking for the stuff that she left in the room.

About what you'd expect from a motel. The beds were OK and the plumbing mostly worked.

1. The temperature adjustment knob on the HVAC wouldn't budge. 2. "Free WiFi" was available as advertised, but it wasn't connected to the internet, so it was basically useless. 3. The toilet was an old high-volume type, but the fill valve was set to only fill the tank halfway. Consequently, it couldn't clear the bowl without taking of the tank lid and forcing the fill valve to actually fill the tank first.

No breakfast served! There wasn't much to like, really!

The room was not clean; toilet didn't flush well; lady who checked us in was not friendly or pleasant! Price was more than it should be for what we got!

Cheap- better than camping. Barely

Wifi is advertised and password is provided but there is no internet connection. Other reviews have pointed this out. It is misleading- and having wifi was one of the reasons I chose this over camping.
