Convenient location, not many steps between floors.

I woke up when the shower was running next door. It was loud. Shutting my bathroom door helped. Also, I got a text and email at 8:04am saying “It’s almost checkout time. When will you be departing?” I knew what your checkout time was. Eleven am. I was planning on sleeping past 8:04. You really could have asked that question when I checked in. Very annoying.

The location was great for what we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner.

ALL of the outlets were so loose that our phone chargers wouldn't work. I let the very nice lady at the desk know.

The room was clean. Having a microwave and fridge came very handy. The bathroom was relaxing and the bed was amazing.

The breakfast is basically snacks only, which is okay but would’ve liked more variety in snacks. The lack of elevator was annoying for transporting bags.

The location was perfect, close to my where i needed to go in addition to the local shops and restaurants nearby. But the breakfast could use some improvement. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. As I stated before the Breakfast Bar could be a little better.

Staff was very warm and welcoming with high professional quality. Was very very impressed with cleanliness, definitely price and location was amazing because I literally walked next door for supper. Also had great coffee. I've stayed in hotels that say they have coffee but do not.

Area of the room was quiet.

The only issue that happened on our last night was the backlight on the TV malfunctioned. You can still see a little bit of the picture (but it was really dark),but you can hear just fine. But that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Very clean room and hallways. Well furnished with everything in good shape. Staff were friendly, happy and very quick. Good price. Breakfast is basic but will take cheaper rate given nearby places for breakfast food.

Sometimes noisy due to other guests in the hallway.

the hallways smelled like something rotten but the lobby and rooms didn’t, the beds for me was way to soft, and the “breakfast” is just cereal apple, banana, mini honey buns, and nutty butter bars, I had to ask several time for towels and needed up having to go to housekeeping door to get them.

Close to everything. Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast consists of 2 types of cereal, a gallon of milk on a counter, nutty buddies and honeybuns. Good thing there is a Dunkin right behind the hotel and a Starbucks in walking distance.

It was in a great location for what we needed. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very good and clean.
