Breakfast was fantastic! The staff was great!

The hotel put new tv's in the rooms. I'm a 65 plus senior, and have 2 post graduate degrees and still could not figure out these tv's. No tutorial in the room and the hotel front end staff was fielding many questions about this issue. Very poor roll out on this new system!!

Nice well run hotel. The location served all our needs, including being pet friendly (fee). Breakfast was complete with ample options. Many food options available within walking distance.

Added pet fee. I understand that most people are not as responsible as they should be and hence the added fee.

I wish they would've put on website that that the pool was down for renovations, that was our main reason for coming to stay so my son could swim for his birthday

Just had coffee but breakfast looked good and lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again. So close for getting on and off highway.

We had to park in handicap cause parking lot was full. No ticket though!

The breakfast was very good. We love the pan cake machine!! the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The bed was comfortable. We were surprised housekeeping came in and made the bed and placed new towels in the bathroom. Very nice surprise!

Our room was not vacuumed upon arrival. There were crumbs of food and grass clippings on the floor. The soap holder in the shower had mold on it, There was a big crack in the wall continuing up the ceiling. The carpet around the walls and bed frame had a lot of dust, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There was a ring of soap film around the jet tub.

We got in very late, but the employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The spa bath in the room was rather small, and the jets didn't work very well. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but not bad.

Water took a long time to get hot in the shower. First night we were there shower only got lukewarm. Next morning was hot…but wasted a lot of water to get hot enough for showering.

Convenient location along our road trip. Checking in and out was very simple. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, no weird smells.

Having a hot tub would have been a huge bonus as we had been driving all day. The beds were a bit hard for my liking but I'm used to a cushy pillow top. Neither of these would prevent me from staying again.

Clean, decent breakfast and loved the rolling desk/table in the room. We wheeled it between the beds and played a game and ate pizza.

The toilet seat was very thin plastic and sat crooked on the bowl. Bathroom door didn't lock.

Convenient stop along our road trip, we stayed at this hotel both on the way to our destination and on the way home. Check in and out was very quick and simple, all employees were pleasant.

Honestly my only wish was there was a hot tub. I knew that booking the room but after driving all day it would have been a bonus!
