I was familiar with Drury Inns because of the one in Ridgeland MS, so I was looking forward to the stay. It was at the end of a long road trip and it was very comfortable. The bed was nice, the shower warm, and perfect to end the day. I definitely would stay at another Drury.

On this road trip I stopped at four different hotel chains. One of these had access to Netflix and YouTube through the TVs. The only drawback to this stay was that my TV options were only of basic cable channels. I don't know what the cost would be to do this but it sure would be nice when the basic cable channels are bad.

Staff and check in was absolutely flawless. I've never had such an easy and pleasant check in. Restaurants are close enough to walk to, with a decent selection. Place is very clean inside and out.

First thing is the noise from the road! Kept me up for quite awhile. I get the hotel can't control that. And the other thing, it'd be nice if hotels had an after hour check-in. I thought the price was alittle steep since we checked in pretty late. But I get it, it's business and they have overhead,staff etc.

Breakfast was amazing and everyone was very courteous and helpful. Great team there.

The price variance for pets is different than other locations we have stayed in the past. In fact November 2023 we stayed in two Drury locations and was $25 for pet but this was double. The clerk explained that different places have different prices depending upon where the hotel is. I blamed the idiot at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in DC. LOL!

The staff woman who checked me in latter , around 5-6pm, was very friendly and welcoming every time I spoke with her; you don't really see that anymore in customer service. Usually, it's a robotic encounter, but she seemed genuinely nice

I was only there for 2 nights, and I didn't notice any negatives. It was a bit pricier but that is understandable because you get free breakfast & and dinner, which means you are saving $$ from having to eat at a restaurant

Breakfast had a huge variety of items to satisfy guests with different needs. The cocktail hour and snacks were a nice touch. The space was continually clean and staff very kind. First time stay at a Drury property and would do it again. Easy central location to Garden of the Gods and other area hiking.

We had drinks at the cocktail event one night. Bourbon was terrible. Our friends had margaritas and said they we're ok at best.

We did not have the breakfast but was surprised about the included dinner, snacks, sodas and adult beverages that were included in the price. there was quite a selection and they were actually very flavor full. The lobby provided a very comfortable and laid back atmosphere and the vaulted ceilings with and light fixture was very stunning.

the case goods used in the room were clean and in good condition but they were too dark for my taste, also the TV in the room could stand to be larger.

We arrived very late (and called to let them know) and staff was super kind and accommodating. Accessible room was exactly what we needed. Our mini frig was not working and within 10 minutes of my mentioning it, it was replaced! Hot food was delicious with many options for a great breakfast. Evening food and beverage offering was nice as well. We traveled with our service dog and the property provided a very pleasant area that our dog enjoyed as well, complete with a bench for me and disposable bags for my pup! Very neat and clean!

We liked everything.

We had a pet/dog, Rambo. We were put in the 1st floor very accommodating for taking him in & out. We had a full day of travel, so it was nice to have a hot dinner & drinks waiting for us, very comforting.

Our rooms heating/cooling was either not working or we didn’t know how to work it, so we manually kept cooling the room. We did not ask staff (our bad).

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Our first room (our favored room) had a strong presence of cigarette smoke, which, as we are non smokers, we found repulsive. We were then given a room that was directly in the backside of the interior elevators. Listening to the elevator shaft did not settle well with my wife and I of which both of us were just too exhausted to seek another room.

Everything was incredibly clean, and everything worked, which seems to be the exception at hotels nowadays. The decor was very classy. The beds were super comfy. We loved the whirlpool. The dinner and breakfast were very good and so well organized. Liked having real dishes and utensils instead of disposable. Staff was friendly.
