Older facility, very comfortable beds, and friendly staff who provided extra towels when requested, quickly helped us when a room key fell in the pool (too turbid to see it and retrieve it).

The pool area showed signs of disrepair with turbid water and a broken ladder. An uneducated staff member admonished my husband for having his service dog with him (the service dog was registered with the hotel and wore her service dog vest with clear markings) when he grabbed coffee in the dining room before anyone else arrived. Lots of trash in the parking area... the hotel could use some more consistent grounds maintenance.

It was nice. I have stayed there before so I was very comfortable with the location and the staff is always friendly and ready to accommodate.

It seem like it was missing chair that was a desk chair, but not a relaxation chair so some of the stuff that I had was not there, but that was OK

Everything was good but the eggs, which were powdered. They were awful. Everything else was excellent.

Breakfast was good - adequate choices. The hotel was very clean. Some of the finishes weren't great but the cleanliness made up for it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The place was quiet.

Things like grouting and painting of trim in room were sloppy.

It was clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. The breakfast was more than a contenental and fine.

The cost seemed a bit high. The facitilities and furnature was the worse for wear, but that only matters if it bothers the person staying there. The breakfast was certainly not the best we've had, but it was far more than a basic contenental.

The beds were way too high for my liking, not sure if it was cuz we were in a dog friendly room. Ice machine was broken on 3rd floor. Refrigerator froze my spouses can of Dr pepper.

Inside pool is not so good. Cold, needs refreshing and renovation. There was an unpleasant smell in the room from the AC.

In town for SIU graduation. Area hotels were all inflating prices. Comfort Inn was reasonably priced, pet-friendly, and had the most comfortable beds. Counter Staff were super friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice as well.

We were on the 2nd floor, and could hear everything from the floor above us....we were awakened numerous times throughout the night. Also felt it was pretty pricey for the amount of noise we could hear

Our stay was family visit and your place was excellent. located personal were exceptional. The breakfast was great . Condiments were loved by the ladies.
