There was a hot breakfast with protein provided and I really appreciated that as I can't do an all-carb breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a small fridge in the room which I really appreciate for keeping my cooler items in while we were at the hotel.

The "eggs" must have been instant eggs. They were not of the best texture and tasted funny. Most of the rest of the breakfast offerings were not items I can eat so I did have the eggs but that's the only reason I ate them.

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend a funeral. The staff at the front desk at check in and check out were friendly and personable. The free breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, cereal, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and milk. The price was well within our range and good for the amenities. Pool was our of order. The location was great. Right in the middle of everything. We were next to an Applebee's and had drinks there all three nights. My husband is from that area and if we go back to visit his family, we will definitely stay there again.

We room was clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was okay, the eggs and sausage were not great but the oatmeal was good and so was the waffles.

I wish there was conditioner in the room. I almost put lotion on my hair before I realized it was not conditioner. I did not like the automated service at the front for check out. I was happy when the staff member came back to the front desk and was able to help me out.

Comfortable bed and great shower head. Conveniently located off the freeway. Better value than many other hotels.

Breakfast hours are not extended on the weekend. Though websites say breakfast goes until 10 on weekends, it does not in this location. Breakfast ends at 9 all days of the week. All interaction is with a kiosk and a representative in India. No actual person is at the desk. You check in and out with the kiosk. The striped carpet has a lot to be desired.

Bed was very comfortable. We rested well. Close to breakfast area making it more easy for my disabled husband to get to... just as I requested. Breakfast was excellent. Had three types of coffee: mild, medium and bold. I enjoyed the light, my husband the bold. We actually took to go cups. Usually, the coffee doesn't rate a to go cup. Waffles were actually the thin mix they are supposed to be making light tasty waffles. Most places have the thick batter which makes heavy doughy waffles. My husband really liked the blueberry muffins. That is quite a compliment from him because he is used to home made waffles using our own fresh blueberries which he loves. Staff very helpful and courteous during our short visit. Would certainly highly recommend this hotel and will work it into our future travel plans.

Not a thing.

I was not expecting much in the way of décor based on the price I paid. The room looked great. Sometimes when rooms are updated the hotel will not fix walls, etc. Everything about this room looked good. I slept well in the bed and the water stayed hot enough to finish my shower. :-) I was at the end of the hallway, which could have meant hearing foot traffic down the stairs, but the room was quiet. It was July in IL, so it was hot. The AC was already on in the room , set to 70* so I did not have to wait for the room to cool down.

I don't know that there was anything I can complain about on my stay.

Clean and comfortable

Could use a deep cleaning on carpets and some touch ups on walls. Breakfast could definitely been better. Eggs and sausage was nasty

This was a quick overnight rest stop on a long drive, so all I did was go in, watch a little TV, cool off my cooler food, and sleep. Didn't even shower. But what I saw of it, it was fine. Breakfast was good.

Navigating the TV channels was a bit challenging, since I've never seen TV channels with decimal points. The place was fine, just maybe a tad but dreary & dated in decor. Bed was fine. Didn't shower.

I do not like the Kiosk, and my app did not let me pay ahead with company credit card on file, I do not carry a physical card. I don’t understand why they can’t enter the card information manually. Not very convenient. It will be a negative in my next stay in that area in a couple weeks.

Location and value.

Old building with noticeable efforts to cover up w/ renovations. Very loud. All the doors slam hard and people leaving early will wake you up. Could hear people using the bathroom in the other rooms.
