The staff was very friendly and we even left our door open for a whole day and went to do a tour and the staff kept an eye on our room and not a single thing was messed with. Also the front staff was very helpful with finding things to go visit as a family. Ocean front property and saved enough money to do activities. Great first time in Florida.

I loved the ease of reservation, the attentive staff, and the flexibility of check in times. It was clean and met all the basic needs.

It didn't go above an beyond. There was only coffees, water, and juice for breakfast, lobby was a little disorganized, and the pool was out of order. At the least, the advertisement should state these things. The price ends up being a little high for not having some of the classic amenities. However, I only stayed for a place to close my eyes on my way back to middle Georgia.

Room could have been vacuumed, inside toilet and toilet was dirty. pillow cases didn't look too clean nor sheets. also white blanket had stains. I travel often I always pack my own cleaning supplies, sheets pillow cases etc. The hotel was clean in other areas.

Little short on selections.

That desk chair is a killer. If you lean back when sitting is will tip over. Then plug socket on the window side of the bed the top plug is going bad. People in front the evening we checked in were smoking by the entry door and somebody was smoke a little pot.

The shower and AC

There is a funny smell through out. The night clerk when I checked in was not professional looking. She was not friendly at all. The Day shift clerk was great.

The staff was very helpful, especially the maintenance man

He fixed our door so we could get into our room and he got the fridge working

The guy that takes care of the grounds was really cool

The heard of elephants that were above us. They woke us up at 3:30 am

My only real complaint is the bed was very hard. The pillows were great though!

Hard bed, and the room had an odd smell.

King room was spacious and comfortable although the mattress was a little thin.
