Location a few guest whom were very nice.

Only problem we had was it was not clean how a hotel/motel should be clean. No ice machine was a big surprise and so inconvenient. Breakfast again nothing seemed to work in this hotel and it needed cleaned and stocked couldn’t find anyone worker to help so my girl cleaned and stocked it. Juice nor milk dispenser worked again fix your stuff and get a good cheery cleaning staff this would be a AMAZING place to go and stay then.

I was traveling from 10 hours away, alone with a pet. Staff accommodated my need for a downstairs room to keep from carrying a huge 75 lb crate a long distance by myself. I needed to leave a day earlier than expected. I was refunded promptly without hesitation. I truly appreciate their efforts to make my stay stress free.

The room is perfectly fine for an Inn. It is a bit outdated in places, but that didn't bother me. The staff is friendly.

The breakfast buffet was very simple. Sufficient but it would be nice if there was more choice.

I have to say this was the first place in salem i stayed that was in good shape.

The staff was excellent. The facility is older and it was clean & comfortable. The room smelled fresh and the ac worked well.

Toast would have been nice at breakfast. The breakfast was adequate. —There were waffles and two type of cereals plus oatmeal plus packaged muffins.

Nice get away from home.

Door was hard to close. Kept waking the baby up when I came in or out of room.
