The bed was wonderful!! Exceptional to our experience. Very nice surroundings. Clean and fresh looking. Close to good restaurants, gas station, etc.

Despite how fresh and clean it looked, there was a distinct oder on entering. Faint smoke, dirty feet sort of orders. Was a Non smoking room. Once there for a while, it wasn't as noticeable. But sort of crushed the first impression. We were on the 4th floor.

The hotel has several eating options close by. The hot breakfast was very good. Lots of options. The coffee was the best hotel coffee we have ever had. The beds were very comfortable, especially after sleeping in cots and air mattresses for a week on a mission trip.

Initially the staff at front desk when we checked in was not pleasant but the next morning, they were amazing. I probably just caught them at a bad time. No linens for the pull out bed.

-Excellent breakfast, hot or cold, with wide variety/options including omelettes (egg and egg white) both meat and veggie, hot homemade oatmeal with fixin’s, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, good yogurt, and more. -CLEAN, comfortable room/bed, modern with USB charging ports and plenty of outlets, efficient use of space. Also like the shampoo/conditioner refillable bottles on the shower wall. - Helpful and genuinely friendly front desk and food service staff. -Spacious entry/sitting area that included high-top desks. Also lots of space in breakfast area.

Breakfast was wonderful, very clean

Night time lighting in bedroom area was too much with the smoke detector above bed area, the very bright heating button. Our toilet moved around when you sat on it and the electrical,outlet in bathroom did not work.

The room was great and the beds were significantly more comfortable than most hotels. Waking up to the clean and stocked breakfast was great. Who doesn’t like an automatic pancake maker?!

I didn’t get in until later so I didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I wish I had!

The property was clean and well kept. They were in the middle of some repairs but it was still clean.

The front desk area was under repair or maintenance and the supplies were out and evident.

Excellent breakfast, bed and pillows super comfortable, pool very nice with long hours, excellent staff.

My room telephone had no cord to plug it in, also elevator made scary noises

Holiday Inn Express is pretty consistent. We stay with HIE often when traveling.

This particular HIE was a bit older. caulking in the bathroom had room for improvement...would look cleaner, even though it was clean.

The staff at breakfast were amazing! They were two men. They were so respectful and kind. They were working constantly putting new food out and cleaning. Great crew!

The shower could have been more clean.
