The hotel was great. The room was clean and the bathroom is updated. The staff was nice and friendly. We were on the first floor.

No fault of the hotel but we did have kids run up and down the hallway a few times above us and our neighbors kept slamming their door. I mean literally about every 2 minutes till about 9:45. I opened our door and looked at the desk clerk and she said they just came in and I said yeah but that slamming all the time is ridiculous. She did end up knocking on their door and saying something. At 7:00 AM it started again and woke us up. My husband had to say something to them.

The property was clean and Comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful on dinner options. I highly recommend the hotel, and the restaurant in front of home Cooking.

Other than price, but most of us don’t like the prices. I will add that the next night I had to stay at one of our higher chain hotels and I barely slept. The prices was 50 more, beds uncomfortable and very noisy. The system Was in the bedroom Closet and it sounded like a freight train. I say all this to add the Comfort Suites was wonderful compared to the other.

I wish I had tried Comfort Suites sooner than on this trip. We consistently had the same excellent quality overall with Comfort Suites. The room was great value: clean, spacious, well-appointed, stocked rooms and bathrooms, as well as friendly helpful staff and a decent breakfast and coffee. We used to go to Hampton Inn, but they got too expensive for what you got. Comfort has equal quality for only about 65 - 75% of the cost of Hampton Inn. Sorry, Hampton!

Friendly staff and very clean and the location was great

Hard for me to understand that if I live 30 miles away I have a deposit but if I live far away I don't...iv stayed in hotels all over southern Illinois and have never been told since I'm local I have to have a 250 dollar deposit just in case I destroy the room....but other than that it was a great stay no complaints "and that's not a deal breaker" just don't understand the whole being local thing

The staff was excellent, the location was easy to find and had multiple restaurants around, the grounds were clean, and my room was spotless. I thought it was a fair price for the location and they take pets which is helpful.

Quality of breakfast was about average. The eggs were made from powdered “stuff” and borderline edible. Sausage was quite greasy and undercooked. Everything else at the breakfast was really good though as they had hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

We had noticed when we got out of the car that a few families were entering the building with pets. I kindly asked if we could be put in a room a bit further away from the pets and the clerks upgraded us to the top floor suite!! It was VERY nice! We went back downstairs after seeing the room to thank them and convey our appreciation because we knew they didn’t have to upgrade us. The room was so clean, comfy, and spacious and we had a great quiet night’s rest.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

It wasn't loud it was quiet and peaceful because I was there because my brother was in hospice. And I love the peace and quiet so that I can think and meditate. And get some rest between going to visit my brother's house and coming back to my room. And the staff was very very nice.

There wasn't really a breakfast for people that didn't eat pork or eggs or cereal need more kosher food. Vegetarian style meals for breakfast like turkey products potatoes or chicken everything was bacon or pork sausage.

The facility was Very clean. The room was a suite which was very spacious with a table and a walk in shower with handicap accessible. Only negative was the room was having a hard time cooling cause the space was too large for one ac unit. We like to sleep extra cool and wish we would have had a fan. The breakfast was delicious and the lady working in there was very kind and friendly.

Loved staying here! Everything was very clean, the front desk was very nice and helpful. My room was very accessible, lucked out getting a room right across from the ice machine and elevator. The breakfast had a very wide variety too! Biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage, egg, pancakes, fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, etc! Would definitely come back again!

All staff was super friendly, pool/hot tub open 24/7 (which is unheard of), breakfast was great for a free continental breakfast, premium tv channels, a $1 hold is only charged for incidentals (not $100+ that takes days to be refunded). Very clean, quiet, and comfortable stay
