The property was clean and Comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful on dinner options. I highly recommend the hotel, and the restaurant in front of home Cooking.

Other than price, but most of us don’t like the prices. I will add that the next night I had to stay at one of our higher chain hotels and I barely slept. The prices was 50 more, beds uncomfortable and very noisy. The system Was in the bedroom Closet and it sounded like a freight train. I say all this to add the Comfort Suites was wonderful compared to the other.

Hard for me to understand that if I live 30 miles away I have a deposit but if I live far away I don't...iv stayed in hotels all over southern Illinois and have never been told since I'm local I have to have a 250 dollar deposit just in case I destroy the room....but other than that it was a great stay no complaints "and that's not a deal breaker" just don't understand the whole being local thing

The staff was excellent, the location was easy to find and had multiple restaurants around, the grounds were clean, and my room was spotless. I thought it was a fair price for the location and they take pets which is helpful.

Quality of breakfast was about average. The eggs were made from powdered “stuff” and borderline edible. Sausage was quite greasy and undercooked. Everything else at the breakfast was really good though as they had hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

We had noticed when we got out of the car that a few families were entering the building with pets. I kindly asked if we could be put in a room a bit further away from the pets and the clerks upgraded us to the top floor suite!! It was VERY nice! We went back downstairs after seeing the room to thank them and convey our appreciation because we knew they didn’t have to upgrade us. The room was so clean, comfy, and spacious and we had a great quiet night’s rest.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

It wasn't loud it was quiet and peaceful because I was there because my brother was in hospice. And I love the peace and quiet so that I can think and meditate. And get some rest between going to visit my brother's house and coming back to my room. And the staff was very very nice.

There wasn't really a breakfast for people that didn't eat pork or eggs or cereal need more kosher food. Vegetarian style meals for breakfast like turkey products potatoes or chicken everything was bacon or pork sausage.

Most important, the room was spotless. I slept through the night--which I seldom do even at home. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly.

The only difficulty I had was using my computer at the writing desk. I had to sit on pillows even with the chair adjusted to its highest height, and I still couldn't comfortably use my keyboard. A keyboard tray beneath the desk would have been a big plus.

There were many options for breakfast. It was the typical hotel breakfast however they did serve more than just waffles. The options included gravy and biscuits. The room was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly and professional.

The location was under construction and there were signs of it in the hallways and elevator. Cardboard taped on the walls of the elevator, hotel room doors marked for construction and flooring was torn up.

The room was nicely decorated, had a couch, and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was tasty, and eggs were hot for a change! The breakfast room was very nice.

Unfortunately, we had guests in the room above us and we could hear them walking around! And, we could hear the shower when they turned it on! Noise kept me awake.

This property is under major construction which we realized when booking. We were never bothered by this. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom had been remodeled with a very nice walk in tile and glass shower. Bed linens and towels were very nice quality. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. All staff were very cordial.

The couch in our room had some spots on the upholstery.

Walked in with 4 beyond-tired children at 8:30 PM after a long day on the road. Front desk staff noticed me running in and out the front door and asked me if we needed a pack n play for my 2nd youngest(we already brought one for our youngest. I accepted and we had 4 girls in bed and asleep by 9. In a hurry to leave, we left a bag outside in the parking lot. They had a feeling it was ours and called us soon after we left to ask us if it was ours. We were close enough we could turn around and come back quickly. Great job attentive staff!
