We enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers they offered between 5:30 & 7:00 pm. This was a nice treat for free. You receive 3 adult beverages. Served hot dogs, bbq sliders, mac n cheese, baked beans, salad...etc . Soft drinks, coffee hot tea. Then breakfast was hot and plentiful. They serve scrambled eggs, hot pancakes, potatoes, biscuits & gravy. Also cereal ,toast, muffins, bagels, oatmeal. & yogurts.etc..Coffee, multiple juices, tea, soft drinks. If you find that something is out like eggs, tea, coffee just ask and they will try to get that item filled.

Need a vent in the bathroom,. Floor gets very slippery.

Basically, everything! It was a very nice surprise. Clean, convenient location, excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. The rooms and furniture, including beds were very comfortable. The surprise was that there was a complementary supper as well as breakfast. We had no idea this was available, let alone included in the price.

Nothing! It was true that the buffet supper food was a bit cold, but that was not unexpected, giving the large number of guests being served. I’m our opinion, this minor issue was greatly overshadowed by the rest of the experience. We are now looking for Drurys as we travel.

Staff was super friendly. It was very busy due to the eclipse. I just graduated from a wheelchair to a walker recently and staff noticed my struggling, offered to go get ice for me when I was on the first level. They filled my bucket and my 2 ice packs and got me a sprite, as the area was being mopped at the time, most impressive staff did not hesitate and always had a smile and a positive attitude, which seems more rare these days. I really appreciate the help without being made to feel like I'm a burden(something I struggle with). Staff also reassured me to call If I needed anything. It was my first time traveling alone in nearly 5 years. So I was a little nervous. Everyone being polite and reassuring helped put my mind at ease. The bed height was perfect, roll in shower was great and the bars near the toilet were horizontal with one vertical. Which was a huge help for me.

Our first time to stay at a Drury inn. Very nice clean modern facility. Surprised and pleased find that dinner, drinks, and breakfast were all included. Very pleasant staff. Only negative is a $60 pet fee. While we are happy that it is pet friendly, and appreciate that, I don’t understand how they can justify $60 when no resources are used for the pet at all. I can see a deposit in case of damage, which perhaps occurs at times, But a well-behaved pet like ours, uses absolutely nothing from the facility and does not justify a fee that actually exceeds the price of boarding a dog for a day.

Very upset that the hot-tub was not working at the time of our stay. I had called 2 days prior to our visit and was told that it was working great. We get there and I was told that it had been closed for 5 days and that they were waiting on the repair crew to come in and fix it. Someone needs to teach the person answering the phones to make sure they have all the correct information before telling customers false info. Other than the hot tub issue, it was fine.

The beds were terrific and very comfortable. Rooms were clean and were ok. I love the shower. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Very nice kick back food and free drinks, they really know how to make you feel special. They feed you at night as well as in the morning.

Not much to dislike, the only things that were a little minus was the limited television, hotels are now putting in streaming enabled smart tvs. The other was the high pet fees and high taxes. Even my puppy got taxed.

Breakfast buffet (which I am sure I paid for in the price of the room) the bed was amazing.

Paying for the Dinner buffet (which I'm sure I didn't have a choice in the matter because it was included in my room fee) because I had plans to go out and eat with my family so I really didn't get to use the dinner buffet but should have been optional. You can give a drink ticket to the bartender to prove that you're a guest. So why couldn't you do that on your evening buffet ticket? If there was availability in other hotels for a cheaper price i would have stayed in one of those instead. Not everybody wants to pay the extra money for an evening buffet that they may not even get to participate in.

We stay at the Drury several times a year. The cleanliness, staff, food, rooms and beverages are excellent.

We have always traveled (we are nearly 80 years old, so it's been a long time!) With a dog between 20 and 25 pounds. They are well mannered and kenneled when we are out of our room. We expect, these days, to pay a pet deposit or pet fee, but $60 is excessive. Perhaps they could adjust their fee to match the dog. Thank you.

Good location with lots of restaurant choices around. Pool was open until 10pm which was helpful. Choice of outdoor pool or indoor pool. Really friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable. Able to adjust temperature in room with in-room thermostat.

Pool area really needed tidying up and removal of rubbish that people left throughout the day/evening.

Always clean and they had updated the location to add a "bar" or after dinner area to have pizza or appetizer food later in the evening after supper was over. Drury is an incredible value compared to some other high end hotels.

Everything was excellent. I just wish they had a late swim time for adults only. The hot tub and pool were full of kids you couldn't even get in it.
