A very good deal for the $60 I paid. Room was clean with no issues that impacted my stay. Some minor repair work or updating might be a good idea, but again, a good value for the price.

I had a lot of issues with Booking.com not being able to process my credit card. But lo and before, once I arrived at the hotel they were able to charge it without an issue. At least 3 emails a day from Booking.com stating that my card wasn't working...

Guy that runs the place worked very hard to keep us comfortable during a blizzard. THERE WERE NO BUGS- it is hard to find a hotel with smoking rooms that isn’t infested. Towels and sheets were clean. The views of the prairie and sky are awesome. Probably could see stars if the sky was clear.

There are restaurants that aren’t far, but they didn’t come up on Google. The “lake” is small.

Was super great to get a water bottle at check in as it was 93 degrees that day. We only were there to sleep and left early the next morning. Seems pretty clean

Wish I was on the back side, semi trucks coming and going all night to the gas station across the street.

Big room with a couple of chairs and a desk with an office chair as well as the king size bed!

All of the outside noise coming thru the gaps around the door. You can literally here every vehicle, especially the 18 wheeler truçks coming & going from the truck stop across the street! All night long!!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Older property, but newer carpet and furnishings. Pleasant check in and out. Some on line sites show address as West State St. It is East State Street! As a solo traveler I would stay again.

Parking lot seemed a bit sketchy, but safe.

We like it here we travel for work so this place has been a good send. It fits into our budget each payday.

During my stay the only issue I had was with the faucet breaking and they fixed it very quickly. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable and is easily one I will stay at again.

My only issue was having to rely on my car so much. But this is not something that the hotel can actually control

Check in and check out process was very easy. Location is very easy and convenient. The room had all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. I have stood here twice and both times were satisfactory.

Great motel for the price. Room was clean.

The ac was off when I checked in the room and it was quite warm inside. Took awhile to get the room comfortable.
