Property was beautiful. First thing catches my eye was the relax Area up front. The room was huge. It was clean and we were so comfortable. I usually use my own beddings when I travel but this time I noticed how clean and comfortable everything looked. Thank you again for the maids. I'm sorry when you come and our room was out of order. We rushed out everyday to get to the convention center where our daughter was performing. We really do appreciate your patience and kindness. I felt comfortable too because the police station was right across the street.

It was nice and small. Thank you to the staff. They were very welcoming even the girls were working at the dinning area. I kept saying thank you to them not sure if it was the same lady but I didn't have an eye contact. We were rushing every time to eat and leave for the conference.

Convenient location, great price, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast options were better than expected

I was unable to receive a printed receipt for my stay because it was booked through a third party. I was informed I would receive the total amount charged through them (booking.com). Regardless of who you book through, hotels should provide a printed receipt upon request. There was adequate light in the hotel room, except for the bathroom. The only light was a backlit mirror that, while estheticly pretty, made the bathroom very dim.

Clean, nice location. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly. Very comfortable beds. Nice rooms, including a mini fridge and microwave.

Pets are $25 per pet per night so that was an extra $200 we didn't expect. The only other thing was we didn't bring lotion since every hotel we've ever gone to, furnishes lotion for after showers, but this one didn't. The water is hard, but if you have lotion, it's not that bad. Otherwise, great experience.

The pool goes to a max depth of 4 ft which actually worked well for us with young kids. It was chilly but the kids braved the water. It’s outside of Saint Louis but close to the city. We went up the Arch and then were only about 20 mins to the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Pool was pretty chilly and no hot tub for mom to warm up in. The chairs in the breakfast area are very low compared to the tables.

First off, the staff were AMAZING. They were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Not to mention when we checked out the hotel manager drove us to our bus station downtown instead of us paying for an Uber. The rooms were very nice, always clean, and housekeeping always made sure we had everything we need. The hotel itself self was very quiet, no excessive noise or rowdy people. Would recommend 1000 times over and would stay again.

The hotel was clean and management was very accommodating. The hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The area seemed very safe as the police station was located next to the hotel.

The pool water was very cold. Initially our tv didn’t work, but I reset the power strip to the receiver and it reset successfully. Management may want to have a troubleshooting instructions for the satellite tv available within the room. The channels for the satellite tv were limited but sufficient for the limited time we were in the room.

Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Staff very friendly & available so felt safe & valued as a customer. It's next to the police station so another reason to feel safe.

Pool was cold & didn't open until 10a when checkout is @ 11a. Only banana as fruit option for breakfast, plain vanilla yogurt with no fruit or granola option to add in..

I like the fact that our rooms were by each other and we could share the space. Also that lets are welcome as we always travel with our dog. It was quiet so we could fully rest before our next destination.

The tables in dinning area were unstable and some chairs were torn. It would be nice if they were fixed.

Felt safe, staff was wonderful and the room was overall very clean.

There was a stain on my blanket, kinda looked like pee. And there wasn't any biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Those are my only two things I didn't like, everything else was amazing.

Nothing major to not like. The very low water pressure in the bathroom, shower and sink, was a little annoying to deal with but it was only a 2 days stay so it was ok. Other than that, it was great.
