Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Quiet location. This was our second time staying here in the past year, first visit the breakfast was excellent each morning. Second visit, the supply truck was late and a lot of breakfast items were unavailable. ❤️ Wonderful staff. My son was very sick, late in the evening, after a day in the heat. The night staff brought me plenty of cleaning supplies and came back to dispose of all the soiled towels. I was extremely grateful for all their help!

Well, the smoke alarm went off at 3am, which woke up the whole building - as it should and I am grateful to know the system works - but it was a false alarm. The next morning, breakfast closed 10 minutes early and I thought that was kind of odd, I'd have expected it to stay open a little later after the middle of the night wake up call everyone had.

Booking.com falsely claimed that this place had an indoor pool. Immediately walking into the lobby, the staff informed us that their pool was still under construction, but Booking.com had their facility listed with an active indoor pool WITH PHOTOS!!!! The staff was nice enough to waive our fees and not charge us for this inconvenience, and even went out of their way to help us book a reservation at a nearby hotel that actually had an indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel, but not making the arrangements using Booking.com I will be deleting the Booking.com app after I’m finished typing this review.

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location to the riverfront amphitheater was close and good for us.

The only real negative regarding this property was it was pretty noisy. For being a 1 year old building, it’s just pricing that you could hear everybody walking around above us and people talking in the hall. I would’ve expected more soundproofing for a new building.

It was a nice stay

The hotel did not have a room reserved for me through Booking.com I had to pay for the room off of my debt card and Book8ng.c9m has already taken payment from my account, so now I am trying to get my money back from Booking.com and Afterpay.

Large clean rooms. Has a great location that’s convenient for shopping and restaurants

It’s in Alton… theres like 4 things to do. This is not the hotel’s problem or fault it was a good place in a tragic location

Great breakfast set up. Well maintained. All was clean and kept up in appearance. Definately put this one on my return list.

We had a very nice experience at Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many options.

The best thing for me was the location. It's at the heart of everything and nothing is more than 10 minutes away.

I have no complaints.
