The front desk staff were always pleasant when you entered or left for the day. Nice breakfast each morning. Room was very clean.

The last morning we were there the lady in charge of keeping breakfast stocked was very rude. There wasn't much food out and the utensils needed to be stocked. When asked about it she stuck her finger in my husband's face attempting to shut him up. She then walked into the kitchen area and shut the door. We grabbed a granola bar but had to stop at drive through to actually eat breakfast.

I loved that breakfast was served until 9:30, however, we would go down around 8-8:30 and both mornings we were there they weren't prepared for the number of people and we would have to wait a while for things to be refilled and more food to be put out. Also, we loved the queen suit that had bunk beds for our kids but the mattresses were not comfortable very springy and the pillows were also uncomfortable. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel looked very nice, and was clean.

The first thing I like is when you walk into the building it is well lit clean and organized the elevators were clean The room was very clean and the beds were amazing the whole hotel smelled wonderful through and through

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave and go home because I was so comfortable in the hotel

The staff. Everyone encountered was the epitome of courteous and professionalism. . From the front desk receptionist to the security guard. Also this hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean in all areas. Just the way I like it!! 😁

The elevator was quite slow. And I scoffed at the $250 deposit. I felt that was excessive for a Best Western.

Convenient to our destination. The receptionist at night was very friendly. The kitchen staff in the morning were also super friendly.

The breakfast was okay - no eggs when we were there; just sausages and tater-tots. But better than just cereal and toast. The sink in our room worked fine but there was a really big chunk missing from it.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Hot tub, indoor pool, and fitness center were awesome! Room was large and beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated, large bathroom and a fantastic hot breakfast

The location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy. The lady working the kitchen was so nice and welcoming. And worked very hard.

The only issue was our room smelled musty. I didn’t complain but we did have to get an air freshener to help also the pool was j out maintained well. It was cloudy and green.

There was a lady who worked in the complimentary breakfast area named Mrs. Sharon, that was so kind and mindful of all who came to eat. She made our time there a wonderful experience! The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant!

At times, it was noisy above us and next door to us at late and early times of the day!

Everything was super clean and smelled super fresh! Breakfast was delicious and the pool and hot tub were sparkling. We will be staying here with our future visits
