Previous review cut off, and couldn’t edit… No parking when we returned from a concert… as I walked inside, an employee greeted me at the door with a flashlight. She was watching the cameras, as she said she would be doing all night, and noticed us driving around looking for a spot. She was very helpful, and showed us an easily accessible place to park. She even came around to the back, and met us at the door to let us in. Not only did we appreciate her help, but also felt the attention they paid to the cameras showed how much they care about the safety of those staying with them!

When we arrived the front desk young lady ( who looked 12) was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. we felt safe and we also felt our vehicle would be safe!

a very minor detail ... no ice bucket in our room and the tissue container was empty, but that wasn't a big deal to us, the front desk person gave us a box, we would stay again!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. When we arrived we learned that our room was on the first floor. My husband explained his interest in watching the planes take off (my 6 year old daughter as well) and was hoping for a higher view but it wasn't a big deal. The concierge happily checked to see if there was a room on a higher level. He changed us from first floor to the third floor and sort of giggled at how happy he had made my husband and daughter. We later locked ourselves out of our room when taking a trip to the pool. The concierge happily gave us a new key. He was a very welcoming, friendly man that made our stay wonderful.

I loved that breakfast was free, but it wasn't the best quality. The eggs tasted powdered, the sausage tasted a little off, and the bacon was really thin. They did offer muffins, pastries, yogurt, cereal, and make-your-own waffles as well. The lady in charge of breakfast was amazing. She was very upbeat and friendly. She kept on top of refilling anything that was getting too low, was constantly cleaning tables and breakfast area, and making sure guests knew she was there if they needed anything.

The breakfast was great with many different selections to choose from depending on your dietary choices. The staff were always available and attentive to the hotel guest's needs. Also, I liked the hotel's centralized location to the airport, entertainment & restaurant establishments, and most importantly, city and interstate road networks.

I was pretty frustrated when it came to watching television. You basically had to channel search every time you wanted to watch a program and hope it was on at that time. Coming from out of town, you more than likely aren't familiar with local programing. Need to provide or allow guest access to the onscreen television guide so that they are not guessing all the time and/or a synopsis of the program.

Staff was great all around. Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable. Ran out of some breakfast items but no biggie plenty of other options to choose from. Pool was shut down for the end of our trip which was a bummer but something out of their control. Location is a little hectic but perfect to those who want to be close to the airport! Overall we enjoyed it!

The location to the airport was perfect for having an early morning flight. Also loved the free shuttle to and from the airport plus being able to leave our car at the hotel for a week for a small fee. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a minor mishap at check in but Josh at the front desk took care of it and was very professional.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was hospitable.

Room wasn't cleaned good bathroom had hair, and toilet had brown stuff dried on the leg of the toilet; like diarrhea. For over $500 to stay in would've thought it would've been better than that. Also there was no hand soap so I kept using the shower gel to wash my hands. Also my room was kinda on the small side too.

The location was nice. It wasn't far from downtown. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast looked nice but we didn't eat.

There was only one working elevator but it wasn't a big deal for us. We didn't have to wait long. The room wasn't cleaned during our 2 night stay but it was replenished with towels.

The location is very clean. I also enjoy the hot breakfast even though the variety is limited day over day.

The rooms dont have HDMI connections for the tv. There is only 1 master remote that switches all tvs to HDMI and it cant be kept in guests rooms. If you want to use HDMI an attendant from the front desk has to come to your room.and manually change it back and forth for you.

Friendly front desk person, very nicely decorated. Loved the blue! Bed was very comfortable. Very clean, except for the shower floor. And the lighting in the bathroom is terrible for putting on makeup! Just not good! Otherwise, I would highly recommend!

The shower floor needs a good scrubbing and the lighting in the bathroom needs to be changed.
