The staff was very friendly and helpful. We utilized the shuttle to and from the airport with no issues. We landed at 11:30pm on our return flight. We called the hotel and the shuttle was there with hardly any wait time. When we got to our room we were tired and ready for bed but the room next door was having a party and going strong. The desk immediately got us a new room and handled the situation very professionally. The rooms are clean, the beds was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. Really only have good things to say about this hotel.

My daughter had a connecting flight to STL and due to late takeoff, she informed me while on the plane they were not going to land in time to make the connection. She was going to be delayed until the next flight available at 3:40pm the next day, I was in another state and needed to make sure she was safe for the evening. I called and booked this hotel location and spoke with the front desk staff (Elisha - not sure of spelling), but she was phenomenal! Even though my daughter is a young adult, I was nervous with her being stranded at 11pm at the airport. Elisha assured me they had a shuttle to pick her up and would get her into a room that evening. My daughter loved the complimentary breakfast and received a late check out with a shuttle ride back to the airport the next day.

I love the fact that my room was ready and I was able to do an early check-in from my long drive. Breakfast was great and nicely seasoned. The hotel was peaceful, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was awesome, and I would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I really enjoyed the softness of the bed very much . Plus the TV Channels was great as well. Very, very clean all around 👌.

I really can't say much bad about the room. Only the room that I had. The door melted plate to the lock was bent & I had to apply a little more force to make it lock all the way.

The sheets were probably the cleanest that I've seen. The guy who sat at the business desk was super friendly.

The guy at breakfast was obviously overwhelmed on Sunday. The dining area was packed. He was out of all of the breakfast and couldn't seem to get caught up. My family had to leave the hotel to buy breakfast. There was no bowls for the cereal.

The breakfast was very good and the time it was served was great. What could we have done better?

Brandy at the front desk greeted us with a big smile, very pleasant and inviting. Check in was easy. Our room was the perfect size for my Husband and Me. The king bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable.

The shower pressure needed to be more. The TV could have been a little larger.

I love everything about the stay.

When we pulled up it was alot of police presence. But when I went inside it was only their for 2 ppl. You would have thought someone was murdered by how many police where outside. But thats the only thing I didn't like.

We had a great stay!! Check in was quick and easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling.
