I would like to tell you that I was with my daughter-in-law and 4 year old grandson. We got to our first room on the 5th floor and we could barely see the planes. I called down to the desk to see if we could get a room further down so my grandson could see the planes taking off. The lady who I spoke with was FABULOUS and switched us rooms so he could see them. It was the best thing ever and my grandson was soooo excited. I so appreciate her being so friendly and so accommodating it made our day especially my grandsons. I wished I would have gotten her name cause she was just great. We had the best time and definitely would stay there again.

I had a very good experience at my stay, except they cleaned my room 2 hrs before check out and trashed my food, beverages, and a few more of my items.. and WHN I came back to the room she said “well the room was empty so I Just started cleaning it.. I was pretty upset considering that I hadn’t even checked out yet…. Other than that one incident, my stay was pretty good. And I do plan on returning..

Staff professional in spite of long lines.

Lines, too long!! Only two front desk reps for what was obviously a busy weekend. One rep was assigned to Bonvoy VIPs, but helped others in between. Although I must say, check in was much. quicker than last time I stayed. Wasn't sure If I'd come back. Previously: Had 3rd party reservation, front desk couldn't find. It was late 1 am or so when I arrived, took over an hour to get me in my room with 3 front desk folks AND a manager trying to resolve the problem- which turned out to be Marriott's issue. Had a 6 am flight the next day, left early . Used room for about 3 hours--no offers for anything complimentary. I think I'll check out another hotel next time.

The Bar,the staff the view from the windows,the curtains are nice,I loved the bed and shower and the lobby area was beautiful I will definitely come back when I'm by the airport again

Parking is $20 a day,Breakfast was $21 I paid $174 on booking.com when I believe I payed cheaper when I went thru no third party last month....

Very nice hotel with a great and comfortable lobby. Many different places to sit and chat with other people or just be by yourself.

The location isn't really in the nicest part of St. Louis , but it didn't feel unsafe. There was a police officer on site 24/7 as are most places in St Louis nowadays. Also, parking is not cheap and complicated.

Nothing in particular comes to mind. The water flavors were nice to have. The room was ok, it was also nice to have the restaurant there for convenience. The bellman was very nice!

The parking entrance and exiting! I had a problem every time, except one time during the two days! That was very frustrating for me!

pools was nice

when we checked into our room the sheets was stained with blood and the walls was dirty and the shower door was broken it wouldn’t stay closed . went to management he acted like he was to busy to deal with my family and told the woman that was first helping me to just give us free breakfast and we asked for new sheets and had to make the beds ourselves because they said they didn’t have house keeping and so at checkout asked to speak to manager again and he wasn’t there yet so woman took my name an number down and told us we should get money off room and she would have him call us . well he never did .

Left before breakfast. Location was great (airport and rental car return). Was easy to set up wake up call. Didn't like my pillow. Too soft.

Pillow- too soft. The shower configuration was odd and difficult to figure out. Instructions may have been nice. Reserved a room for 4. Only had 3 bath towels. Was obvious sone sort of renovation was happening in our area.

Excellent work on the part of the staff and food in your cafeteria. The room was excellent in roominess, the bed was comfortable,the bathroom was well organized and clean, and I was glad that you had a refrigerator and iron and ironing board. Good job on your hotel!!!

Your staff did such an excellent job in making our stay there so pleasant that I can’t think of anything more you can improve on. Great job by all the workers there including the ones who worked at cleaning the rooms.
