The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I liked the security of the premises. I felt safe during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered to provide extras of any amenities that I needed during my stay. The location was great! I didn't have a lot of street noise to keep me up.

The breakfast option was incredibly sparse. The only drink options were water or coffee. The parking lot situation was tricky to navigate. There was no fridge option for my dinner left overs. I tried calling down to the front desk, but all I got was a busy signal every time.

It’s clean and the location is close to the airport and car rental . The desk staff are all very friendly and helpful . Also my atm debit card was stolen so I had to report it and I have to get an other card . Not sure how I’m going to get my $50 back . Maybe you guys can just mail it to me ?

There was a miscommunication between the staff and it kind of created a little mess but it got resolved . We only have two towels and there’s three of us in the room . The bathroom door handle broke down when I opened the door from the inside . The sink is also clogged .

The property was in a very convenient location, close to the airport, restaurants within walking distance, very clean. The staff was VERY friendly. Especially the receptionist, she really helped us out with our every request ensuring that we had the most comfortable stay! Very modern as well.

There was no shuttle from the airport. We were fine with everything else

First of all, every single staff member I encounter was not only helpful, but friendly. From the front desk to the housekeepers to the kitchen staff. Very professional. I have stayed at so many hotels and was an assistant manager at a hotel and I can tell you this was one of THE BEST hotels. I have no complaints. I wish I could name specific names. The woman with the braids who worked 3-11 most days was so friendly!!! The staff never made u feel like u were annoying them.

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. The room was large and comfortable! The staff were exceptional! I had an issue with my reservation and car rental (I wasn't aware that car rentals close at 11:59 and I was coming in from an evening flight that did not arrive until after 11:30 pm). Deaires (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) was a tremendous help! She fixed my reservation issue and ordered an Uber for my husband and I to get to the hotel. She went over and above and was super friendly!

I would've liked an additional mirror in the room, full length would have been nice. Only one mirror over the sink was a challenge to navigate, especially in a double room. The price was a little on the high side but exceptional things about stay made it worth it!

Great location. Close to the airport. Easy to access. Plenty of free parking. Lots of restaurants very close by. The breakfast was basic but l personally loved the things on offer, particularly the fruit they selected. It was EXTREMELY quiet in the hotel and we joked that maybe we were the only people on our floor because it was so quiet. The room and hotel were very clean. The room was very big.

In a room with 2 queen beds, it would be nice if they would give you 2 stands for suitcases, rather than only 1.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful right down to the security man. My 5yr and I stayed there and one evening we came in from being out. My 5yr old had been playing earlier that day at the park and hurt his leg. At about 2am he woke crying so I had to take him to the ER. When we came down the security guy saw I was having a hard time getting my son to the car so he actually picked him up and carried him to the car for me. He was still there when we got back he even helped us then. I just felt welcomed and as if I was out of town even though I was staying right at the local hotel in my hometown! That kind of kindness you just don’t see here in STL often. St. Louis Airport Hotel to me is just like staying at the Ritz Carlton 🥰😘🥰

Location was near the airport. Lobby and floor we stayed on appeared recently renovated. Exec room was large and well furnished. Breakfast was fine. We didn’t need it but they had a shuttle. Fast food options within walking distance. Lobby are was nicely laid out and had a family area. A coffee shop was coming.

At the foot of the bed it felt like a small object on the floor was inadvertently carpeted over. The exterior entryway looked a little worn.

Pet friendly, and the staff was very friendly/relatable. The elevator and hallway were VERY hot, and my room was across from the elevator and icemaker, so I was worried about having quiet, but the room turned out to be very comfortable, and with the AC fan going, outside noises were not a problem. Clean, friendly, good value.

Large deposit required, that I wasn't informed of in advance; still waiting for it to be credited. But no real complaints.

Beautifully renovated interior and modern lobby with free breakfast and excellent hot coffee. Workout center was great. For newly renovated bed linens were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Parking is free.

The exterior does not match the interior so a little work needs to be done on the outside, especially the landscaping. Although not far from the airport, it is still not as centrally located to the major tourist spots in St. Louis.
