I was on a 14 day vacation and stayed at 5 different hotels. They all seemed to be owned by Wyndham and for the most part they all had the same breakfast. This hotel however, the person running it and probably cooking too, who knew what she was doing and the food was the best. The staff was very helpful and courteous always and when it was time to go to the airport they made a trip for us when we needed it.

A lot of processes were asked to be completed before arriving. Probably okay, but somewhat annoying. Every message made a point of talking about Covid and the need to wear a mask in common areas. I made sure my friend and I both had masks. When I got to the hotel no one was wearing them. We were told that hadn’t been expected for over a year.

Real close to where I needed to be. You could walk to the airport if need be. Had free breakfast included, every morning we was there. The food was very basic, bland, but had a few options to fill your stomach. Very clean place. The bathroom had a huge counter in it. Showers were great. The room itself was furnished with Ofcourse a king side bed. Also a table and chair with mirror, plus a lounge chair setup. Very nice room size. Price for 3 days was under $400. Was well worth it

The location was great and my Check-in was great.

I literally had to kill a pretty bug and I reported it to the front desk and it was like I will let housekeeping know but no I apologize for this problem. So with this attitude about this roach crawling around and it was not small was not a concern at all which made me concerned enough to not visit ever again. I stayed here just a month or so ago and to see bugs is a concern period.

Upon entering the lobby we were greeted by hotel staff at the front desk, the lady was very friendly and helpful. She was amazing all around. The hotel was very upscale and clean. Our room was perfect.

I wish they would have informed you that upon arriving to their hotel you have to check in first before entering the parking lot because you need to use your hotel key card as entry and exit from the parking lot.

This is an airport hotel -- it's about a two minute drive from the STL airport. If you're getting in on a late flight and want a quiet and restful place to stay to recover, this hotel is perfect. The room was roomy and well-furnished, it was very nice having a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed is amazingly comfortable! The breakfast included in the room rate was pretty standard fare (waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, etc) but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. 10/10 will stay again.

I choose this place for the price and also due to the prior reviews. We stayed on a Saturday night when there was a cheer competition we attended nearby. There was also high school tournaments in St louis so all the motels I checked were either sold out or booked at 80% capacity. I got the last room open here. It was very windy and cold and we had a 2 year old in our group of 4 so when we couldn't find a parking spot and had to park on the far side of the motel next door it was no fun walking so far in the freezing cold! Other than that I was pleased with the room. It was right next to the airport & interstate yet we heard no outside noise. The beds & pillows were comfy. The room was very clean, I always check behind the headboards where there's usually tons of dust but this place was dust free! There was plenty of hot water for the 4 of us and 1 person in our group took a bath the night we arrived and again the next morning. I was shocked that the maid gave us extra towels & soap with a smile, considering this place was completely booked! Breakfast was a good selection of hot & cold foods, but the kitchen lady needed help keeping it stocked due to the crowd. All the staff here is very nice & friendly, the price was fantastic at 108 + tax. The rooms are kinda small, for example between the beds and the dresser only one person at a time can walk but that was fine for us. The rooms are very clean and too comfy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Not enough parking when booked to capacity

Our flights got cancelled due to severe wintery weather, and they were very willing to change the date of our booking and then also to add another night. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, we ended up having to stay inside our room for 2 days but we felt at ease there.

The hotel does not have a restaurant(apart from breakfast service) which was a bit of a challenge being snowed in but still needing to eat!

The staff was super friendly. They went out of their way to help you. Breakfast was standard but they did keep everything stocked.

The fitness center had one treadmill and one bike and a few weights. Only one family could workout at a time. The outside pool area was small and that was the only outdoor space available. The fridges in the rooms were very tiny but at least they still give you a microwave which most hotels don't do anymore.

Beds where nice and soft. Bathroom was big and very clean. Overall stay was very nice

The lady who checked us in was beyond rude!! She needs to remember not everyone is up to date with the tap and pay and it wouldn’t hurt to be a little patient and or offer your help if it will speed up the process! However the morning we left, the gentleman that checked us out was exceptionally kind! Also it’s a little ridiculous that the elevator reeked of weed! Customers needs to have more respect!

The location of the hotel was within a mile of the airport. It was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the morning staff were excellent. Diawan was the most helpful! She gave advice on the BBQ place a few doors down (which was amazing) and even stored our luggage while we went to have lunch. Overall a very nice place to stop over for a night in between travels.

The evening host was very unhospitable. It was like she didn't want to be there. The shuttle driver was just ok. He didn't even get up to assist with luggage. These are the only two complaints (not really a big deal; an observation more than a complaint) that we experienced.
